Long time no see~

For once I've actually been doing shit, not just been sitting around on my ass (well, there's been some of that too, but I swear.. I DID do stuff) to avoid the world. lol. And here I am.. back with a shit ton of photos to prove my recent adventures with friends and my master card. ^__^"

Christianshavn/Islands Brygge

As I told you in my previous entry, this next post would feature a very special guest - from the Netherlands! None other than Lene.. WOOH! She used to have the site everythingism.net (that most of you probably used to follow) and now she has a personal blog called MORNINGMOOD! ^__^ Go follow her fabulous self if you don't already! She and I went to check out Christianshavn (along with Christiania, where we were violated by this mean, mean guy :C - bsh, buttwad! Apparently politeness is dangerous to take for granted) I hope Lene had a nice trip anyway! She had me posin' on a bunch of her tourist-pics *awkward*.. But it was so great to meet her! The night she came here (Saturday), JEONGIE and I threw her a little party and then took her out with our friends.

She brought me a bag of goodies! ♡

Tuesday afternoon Lene and I met up for lunch. She was leaving for Holland that night, so we went to Riz Raz to enjoy their lunch buffet! It was... yummy! But strange.. and bright as we are, we totally missed all the silver containers on the other side of the buffet - so no hot dishes for us :C I totally missed the falafels and I was trippin' big time cause I love falafel. At least the girl behind the counter let me take one home. Haha! That day I also did some shopping for my girls here and there; Yinnie, Katie & Jay. Hohoh! I hope you guys will like what I got you! I still need to get stuff for Ashe as well D: ughh

Later that night my home dawgs, Jonathan (aka 천찬씨) and Annemette (aka Nezumi) came over for dinner! I made a.. quite interesting version of Jeongie's kimchi soup - not as spicy, but with fresh ravioli and batter chicken! NOM! Quite yummy if I must say so myself.. ^__~

Wednesday I met up with Tanja (yes, my ex. lol). I still hadn't given her her keys to her apartment back (cause I'm a lazy, forgetful bum) so we met up for lunch and I bought some FLANNEL! Yayy!

These were all ordered from Shoppingholics.com along with two other pairs for Annemette. Weirdly enough though.. we got NO lens cases with our order at all :C So yeah, BOO YOU SHOPPINGHOLICS. I wrote them an email and they didn't reply either.. so eff' them. I also ordered those fancy eyedrops that everyone keeps raving about. I tried them once. They made no particular difference.. O_x

Nail polishes! All bought from eBay. I don't feel like paying 20 bucks for a nail polish here in Denmark, so I buy mine on eBay for like a fraction of the price. Scoreee~

I also bought some makeup.. I needed a new one of my Slide on Pencils from NYX, so I got that.. The lipgloss came for free with my order - Round Lipgloss in "Cappuccino" and the blush is their Mosaic Powder Blush in "Rosey".

I've wanted to try their mascaras for a while.. I tried the waterproof version of their popular Doll Eye mascara.. Not too impressed, sadly :C It did nothing for my lashes.. boo. I'd hoped that the waterproof formula would hold my curl, but the consistency of the mascara is just too wet. Bummer~ The other mascara is a Nilens Jord mascara. Quite excited to try that one out! The NYX one is in Extreme Black - the other is in Black. ^__^

Can I just take a second to vent about how damn troublesome it is to switch between Mac and Windows when you're editing for an entry on here? I don't have Photoshop on my Macbook and it's so damn annoying to have to switch back and forth to edit and upload and get codes.. ARGH. Damn you, Photoshop! Should you be feeling particularly generous.. feel free to send me a sexy box of Photoshop CS5, pl0x. Hohoho~

Anyway, I don't have much else but blabber for today.. I went out with JEONGIE, EMIRU and Chris (a dude from Korean class at uni) Saturday night. Jeongie, Emiwaaaa and I first went to this performance art show around Østerbro (whatever, it was a creepy-ass place ok) - and tbh? Jeongie and I thought it sucked monkey-balls. She and I got MAD headaches out of that one.. I know that art is questionable and relative, but gosh this was just terrible. Of course Emiru had his hipster hat on and was all "I actually thought it was pretty cool" - sure you did... sure.. ;) (rude smiley in yo' face, lolz). Anyway, after that the three of us headed to Living Room, which was PACKED. Ugh, so annoying. I got a drink for cheaps though (strawberry daiquiri) and it kinda sucked.. T_T Chris joined us and we went to Cosy, which was way too packed and this creepy-ass dude was staring at me - so we left real' quick ok.

Today Jeongie and I met up to eaaaaat. Food dates few! Nomnom! Mads (Jeongie's roomie) joined us later on and we went to look at some stores. Jeongie got a pair of SEXY-ass boots and Mads got a pair of sneaks. Nomnom! I just got some lens solution and stuff for ma hurr. lolz. I also found that shampoo (bottom of the pic) and decided to give it a go. The dude at the store was kinda creepy too. lol. What's going on with Copenhagen lately? Where are all these creepy-ass dudes coming from? D": /hides

So yeah.. since I got home around 6PM I've been chillin' in bed, took a nap, had dinner (^nomnom! veggie wok!) and now I'm about to watch the newest eps. of Mirai Nikki.. I'm telling you guys I've been waiting for this damn episode FOREVER. DAMN JAPANESE ANIME-PEOPLE! New Year is OVER! GET TO WORK ALREADY :C

My life the past week's time after coming home from my parents'.
Snacks and Kimi to Boku (Mirai Nikki is on a new year's break and I guess Sekai-Ichi Hatsukoi is over already :C)

I finally managed to move my ass out of bed yesterday (and today) and actually take a shower. My blonde color had been getting a lil' weird lately, so why not tone it? Yay! I didn't read the instructions, cause I use another toner of the same brand anyway, so I figured the guidelines were the same - not so much. I left it in for 30 minutes (my other one can be left in for 40 minutes without staining) which turned out to be.. ehh, too much.

Lol. See what I mean? Not cool. It doesn't look as bad as it could've, but I'm still a bit bummed :C at least the weird-ass color of the blonde is gone.. now it's just.. kinda lilac/grey-ish.

Oh, and I also cut my hurr.. hohoho.. You can see pics of it further below. It turned out way better than I'd expected. Except for the back.. or well, I wouldn't know.. Cause I can't see the back O_O"

In celebration of my shower, I actually used my new serum... I also tried out my new L'Oréal foundation and I LOVE IT - just like I loved the sample. My skin is a bit too dry for it lately, though, as my dry patches are being rather persistent. Anyway, of course all this effort called for a camwhore session. w00t. I also did my nails (pic above.. ~~omg why is this entry such a mess~~?)

My fugly face of the day. I've been having so many issues with my skin lately. ugh.

I went shopping with LE JEONGIE on the 2nd of January. I was originally just gonna get a few things for my skincare routine (you're gonna hate me for the coming pics.. I bought L'oréal products T_T;) and then my Macbook for future studies and notes and stuff. But as always I got more than that and poor Jeongie was dragged around town so that I could go nuts with my poor credit card :C Sorry Jeongie. *feeds Bornholm-toffees*

First we looked at a few stores - didn't buy much - I got some toner for my hair and then we went to eat at Sunset Boulevard. YUMMEH! I tried the tuna sandwich in the crispy bread and it was delish, indeed! Then we went out in the stores again and we both got more stuff.. I.. got a lot more stuff than poor Jeongie though. She'd waited for this shirt at Karen Millen to go on sale, and of course it was sold out when we got there :C at BOTH places. Damn. -sobs- Anyway, here's a look at the things I got!

First, after eating, we went to Stereo Studio. I got 2 seasons of House for Christmas/birthday and since January sales were ON, I figured I'd check out their NCIS dvds to see if they had one at a decent price that I didn't have - and they did! Yay! Season 7 in duh house, y'all! I'm a sucker for investigation-shows; Mentalist, BONES, NCIS, House MD (more medical, though, lol), NUMB3RS etc. Also pictured here is the toner I bought. I usually get the toner from Black no. 1 in those hair-dye bottles that you always get. But they were sold out.. So I had to pay the SAME price for tiny containers that were only like HALF the size. wtf? -__-" Hate when that happens. Just my luck..

Secondly we went to... hmm, I'm not sure. Either way, it doesn't matter. I got a few shirts, along with the most fabulous vest EVER. I could pimp it out with studs and spikes on the hood, but I'll have to contemplate a bit more on that. It was a bit too pricey to just fuck it up now, if I fail (which I most likely will).. Then I also got that gorgeous blue flannel shirt. I tried them on together and it was a match made in heaven. Whoo~ ☆

GINA TRICOT CROP TOP: $14

I also got this simple oversized crop-top at Gina Tricot. I absolutely HATE New Yorker now (cause they compromised their epic quality and now only sells SHIT clothing T_T ) and I never really liked H&M for anything but their oversized v-necks for like 7 bucks or something. Gina Tricot is a bit better, I'd say.. but generally I'm not a big fan of discount clothing like this. The quality usually sucks. You get what you pay for - which usually isn't much. I saw the most epic red biker jacket on ZHIZHI's blog, but I thought it was a shiny leather-like material. It's not. It's a strange, soft combination of cotton/polyester/elastic-like material. Also the sleeves were WAY too short. My under arms are usually too long for jackets like this, so I always have to compromise the nice body fit to get a size that fits my long-ass arms in there. OMG THE RAMBLING. /le shuts up.

I know, I know. This is what you're all gonna hate me for. L'oréal products. I'm a huge pet-friend and I love my bunny, Saya, to death. I was always mad against animal testing and I can't really come up with a reason to justify my lack of morals atm. Maybe I'm just being a desperate bitch about my skin lately. I don't know. I was gonna try the Lancome Genifique serum, but for 710 DKK I'd rather try a cheaper alternative first. Both Lancome and L'oréal are known for animal testing (just like Rimmel, Maybelline, Shu Uemura, Shiseido etc.) so I didn't feel as bad about purchasing the L'oréal alternative instead of "donating" 710DKK to Lancome. I personally hate Lancome. Don't ask me why.. I just do.. But yeah, I'm sorry and you're gonna hate me. T_T; I feel bad.. but.. ugh. I don't know. I'm just a skanky hoe, ok.

Other than the L'oréal youth serum, I got a night cream (which along with my anti-blemish mask yesterday did freaking WONDERS), the L'oréal Matte Morphose foundation (had a sample and I loved it), big cotton pads and a face scrub from Garnier. Ugh, I deserve to be crucified, don't I? :"C I hope that Saya will still love me.. -sob-

I got my MacBook! YAY! 13" LED screen, 500 gig hard drive, 2.4ghz, just.. pure love ♡ But wait.. what is that...? No, your eyes did not deceive you. My spine is made of Jell-O, jellyfish, soft tofu. I'm weak and easily tempted.. I have will-power like Sakura from Naruto has brain capacity. To put it short(er); I bought an iPhone 4S! WOOOHOOO! (but it's not my fault.. Klaus made me do it (he's the salesman I bought it from at the store and he was awesome >: D)) I originally wanted to wait for the white one, but to be quite honest, I was just hoping that he had ANY 16 gig iPhone S at the store when I dragged Jeongie in there (omg so sorry for taking so long! T_T at least it was a bit fun, yeah?).. Yeah, it didn't take Klaus much effort to talk me into getting it. It was only a bit more expensive than I'd thought, cause the offer I found online was only throughout December.. so yeah, fuckme. lol. ANYWAY; I haz it now.. and I love it! Got any apps to suggest to me? : D
I've been looking at a few cases other than the red one that Klaus gave me 50% off. Haha! He's a dork. Like me.. it was good times. I gave the store a good review - just for him. Hoho~

2012 - New year, new life... or?

Happy New Year, everyone!

This is my first entry typed on my brand new MacBook. See? I got it. Hohoho. Along with tons of other stuff yesterday (Jeongie and I went shopping, w00t), but that's for another entry. Hope you entered the year of 2012 happily. I surely did, celebrating with some great friends, drinks, food and snacks. I had a great time at Jeongie's house, partying with JEONGIE, EMIRU, Dai, Camilla, Mads, Simon, Jacqueline, Jacki and Maria and I wanna thank you all for a great night + thank Jeongie and Mads for letting me stay for a few days as well : D Hope I wasn't too big of a hassle. hohoho~
Do you guys have any new year's resolutions? I want to really study hard and focus a lot on school. I'm going to Korea in August (as most of you know) and I really want to make my parents (and myself for that matter) really proud. So yeah, study study study! What are yours?

Ah, 2012 is just around the corner~

I made it home safe (spite insane people shooting off fireworks everywhere) and even came home to three packages and a nice Christmas card! : D More about that in another entry.. hohoho. I hope you all had a lovely Christmas and I wish you all the most wonderful New Year possible! I have so many things that are lying ahead of me this upcoming year.. the trip to Korea, joining the Apple family (yes, this is a milestone for me ok -__-") and spending even more time with all the amazing people that 2011 brought into my life. I wanted to write a short entry wishing you all happy holidays before leaving for my parents' house in Jutland. As most of you know, today's my birthday.. which also means that I'm up this morning around 4AM, taking a shower, prettying myself up and then heading for the airport to go to Aalborg. Ah~ It's my birthday today. 21 years old. Can you believe it? I feel as if I'd just turned 18 yesterday. Time flies, it definitely does.

Anyway, no big updates here. Just wanted to let you know that I won't be updating my blogger until December 30th again. Last night my roomie got me a birthday/Christmas present btw. A nice little bag from Inglot. I feel so bad for not getting her anything.. I wanted to get her something, but what I wanted to give her was like $200. *sigh* Hopefully after Christmas I can get her something really nice ^__^ Cause she really deserves it!

Hello everyone,

merry early Christmas and happy early birthday to me.

(excuse the retarded fishy-face. I was excited ok.)

I bet y'all saw this comin' already. An entry about my birthday party today.. or well, since it's already 3:24AM, I guess the party was yesterday. Haha! Of course I have to remind you all that this is gonna be long as shit and you're gonna be excited about the limited amount of text. YAY!

First though.. before partying.. I acquired two epic new items.

This sexy spike bracelet from YesAsia along with Infinite's PARADISE album. Fuckyeahhh~ I didn't unwrap the album yet, so I didn't know that it actually came with both a poster AND a photo card. SCORE.

Now.. party-time. w00t~ Jonathan and Annemette came to my house Friday to prepare already. Annemette and I started out early at her house by dying roots and removing the blue from her hair as well. Her hair currently has this epic fire-redness to it by the roots and longer layers. It looks.. well.. epic. ^__^

We then went grocery shopping and Jonathan began his preparations for my cake Saturday by making the layers from scratch. Like a true boss. Haha!

Annemette and I were busy.. uhh.. eating popcorn and listening to kpop while sitting on the kitchen floor. Haha! It was okay though, cause we made dinner afterwards, so it was all good.. \(^__^)~

Now.. Saturday and the party itself!

Annemette and I tried to wake up at least semi-early to get things going. She started out by giving me the present she got for me. OH YES. The EVER-so-popular tshirt that a lot of SMTOWN idols wear as well.. This is a pretty skintight version though, so I can't wear it with leggings :C BUT.. it'll be sexy for my PJ pants on a lazy day to uni (Ò__ó)/ Mwahahah.

Then preparations began. Here we have Jonathan and Kat getting the cake ready. Along with the finished result.. There were three kinds of cake in one. It was good - but also quite heavy X__x hnng.

Then people started arriving and things got going. We had an amazing time (at least I did... T_T) and I'm so happy that so many people came! (we were 17 in total, w0000t!) It was a super chill 'party'. Nothing fancy, just a typical kid's birthday party on a Saturday afternoon.

Jacqueline, the ever-so-beautiful JEONGIE, Dai, Jacki, Milka and you can also skim a tad bit of Benjamin there. Hohoho.

Here we have Marie-Louise with party mode ON, Kat and Annemette muching on my homemade buns. They were ALL gone super fast.. O_x I barely got the chance to taste 'em myself. Boo..

And the fashionably late Korean dudes. Dongryeong and Yongmin, singing me sexy Korean serenades. LOL. I wish, but they do both have quite impressive singing voices tbh. O_O" I tried making them sing me "생일 축하합니다" in a trot-version. T_T but that failed. Boo.. it was awesome anyway though, cause they sang the original along with tons of other great songs - thanks guys! ♡

So it quickly became around 6PM and people went home.. the cake was pretty much gone, people were full and tired and it was dark outside.. but does that mean that Line's Pizza kiosk is closing? OH HELL NO.

Of course Kat, Julie, Yongmin and Dongryeong stayed a bit longer (till 12:30 to be exact.. lolz) just to hang out a bit. Poor Dongryeong was very tired and the two other girls took advantage of his weak moment and painted his nails very prettily in many colors. Yongmin was their next victim ^__~ Hahahaha.

We then ordered pizza, talked, listened to kpop, watched Rain's video for "Love Song" (나는 어떻게~♫), laughed and had a blast.. yet, the time came closer and closer to 1AM, so the remaining four decided to head towards the train station afterall, leaving poor me all alone :C
Nah, just kidding ; D I wasn't all alone.. I had the dishes to do, some cleaning and general stuffz to take care of, so it was all good.I'm so happy that you all came! THANK YOU!

Now.. I'm gonna guess that you'd wanna see what I got for presents, huh? ; D Yeah, you curious little creatures youuu... Let's get to it! I got so much stuff and I absolutely love everything! (yes, even the cheeseburger (I'm not kidding, Julie got me a McD cheeseburger -__-"))

Here's a quick overview of the smaller items.. I don't know what to say about the weapon-thing, I seriously felt like Nico was trolling me -__-" 100% certain that he's forever trollin' me whenever he gets the chance. Damn you. l0lz.

First of all.. necklace. I actually saw this necklace when shopping Christmas presents with Annemette (YOU SNITCH xD) and she totally ratted me out about it.. hohoho. it's okay though, cause I freaking love it! Deff. wearing it for Christmas eve! -hugs- I'm pretty sure that this was from Jonathan and Kat - so thank you guys so much!

Final exams and NEW LAYOUT!

Hey guys!

I know it hasn't been too long, but I finally got the results of ALL my exams alltogether, so I just wanted to start out by saying that I passed all of them with flying colors! w00t~ Even my assignment on plastic surgery in South Korea got great feedback, so I'm extremely chipper atm. Haha!

In mere celebration of my happiness tonight, I decided to finally get started on the new layout and put it up as well. The new version is now the sixth layout on NanCakes so far, and this time it's featuring Park Bom from 2ne1. I got caught up in all the hype last night with 2ne1 performing at the MTV Iggy Best New Band concert in New York. Their performance was absolutely mind-blowing! (no bias, though I do consider myself a blackjack ^__~) I hope you like the new layout!

I'll be pretty busy for the rest of this week. Tomorrow we're watching a movie in conversation class, then I'm joining the others for Running Man 2 (yes, the show. HEHE), Thursday I'll be going to Tivoli with a couple of the others from class to see the Christmas decorations and the Christmas market stands. Friday Annemette and I will be dying roots, toning and then preparing for my party on Saturday. Saturday is the (semi) big day for me, as I'm celebrating my 21st birthday Saturday afternoon. We're gonna be about 15 people gathered here with cake, homemade buns and hot chocolate. It's gonna be awesome! Monday I'll be packing and gathering my things, as I'm leaving for my parents' house on the 21st early morning. (don't forget my birthday. 21st. of December. Got it? I'm expecting a ton of congrats from you guys ^__~) And then.. home to celebrate Christmas, see my family and generally just have a great time. I'm excited!

I really want new, super awesome headphones. Not necessarily Beats, but still.. These Beats are pretty damn sexy though. I wouldn't mind Skullcandy or something either.. but yeah, just sexy headphones would be nice to help me block out the world. Haha!

An apartment. Rental apartment be it just for me or for me and a friend. I'm desperate to find a place to live after New Years. My roomie wants to put her house up for sale and therefore I obviously need another place to stay.

A bloody-awesome camera. Nikon D3100 was suggested to me by a class mate who's pretty into photography as well. Both for the blog and for the trip to Korea (if I ever get to go) I wanna be able to snap some epic photos.

The Macbook Pro 13" (MD313DK/A). I want the one with the good processor, larger hard drive etc. Not that stupid one from back in the day. I think it's 2.3" Ghz, 500 gigs and 4 gig ram. Not sure though.. but something around those lines. It's 9.000 DKK (approx. $1625!!) so the chances of me ever getting this are.. well.. slim. lol. I'm probably gonna have to pull from my funds after my birthday to get it. Cause my LG laptop is dying on me.

I have an obsession.

Not that it's a bad thing, but there are two of them and they're somewhat unhealthy depending on how you look at it. Or well, one of them is kinda unhealthy.. for my wallet, that is. The other is rather innocent..

Obsession #1. SNEAKERS.

Oh my god, there are no limits as to for how long I can go on and on and on about my love for sneakers. I spotted this new collection of padded collar sneakers from Converse the other day and OMG I need them in my life. I'm mostly into the grayish/red/black pair, but the other charcoal ones are SO damn awesome as well. I was still fangirling like mad when Annemette literally had to drag me out the store to prevent me from buying them.

Obsession #2. SUNNY HILL.

More specifically their song "너는 모르지" (You Don't Know). Holy shizz in my pants, this song is super super catchy. I heard it by coincidence on ASHE's tumblr and I've been obsessed with it since. It's on my iPod, all my playlists and soon.. it'll be on my FAV video atm out there >>

Now.. to something else. A few random things, really..

SELCAS. Yes pl0x. Cause I can.. Haha! I'm wearing the Fynale Honoo's here in Gray and I really really like them! They're SUPER comfortable (the water content is super high!) and they're just amazing! Also wearing my new denim-look shirt (which I also love to death)! Sadly I had to return the two flannels from New Yorker. I loved them both (esp. the red one T_T) but they both fell apart after the 3rd wash and they're quite pricy, so I'm just not up for that. I'm so happy that my mom's a cand. merc. in business law. She taught me about so many rights I have as a customer. O_O"

Aaaand.. face mask time the other night. (lol@ the pony tail. Haha!) This is the My Beauty Diary moisturizing mask. It did WONDERS for my skin and felt so nice and cooling. I've been getting this SUPER DRY, flaky and painful rash just next to my mouth. It was so dry for the past few days (and I tried with ALL the creams I have!) that it literally CRACKED yesterday T_T ughhh. It's getting better (I've been putting Nivea's thick cream on it (the one in the blue container)) and it helped a bit. But I look like a leper. -__-" /sigh. Even my own face is cock blocking me atm. ugh.

Btw, I forgot to share these pics on my fb, but here they are for all of you. The puppies at Lars' house from this past weekend. I went to Funen with my mom and dad to attend a dog show in Nyborg, and we spent the night at Lars' house with his family. And what did I smell when I stepped inside.. Thee smell of puppies. If you've ever had puppies (a litter) yourself, or if you were present at a puppy birth, then you'd know what I'm talking about. The thing is that puppies (when they're born and growing up) have this really distinctive smell to them. It's not unpleasant (at least not to me, cause they remind me of fluffy, cute little creatures) and ugh.. you just know when you step into someones house if there are puppies there.

AND THERE WERE. Omg, 5 weeks old and so fucking cute I couldn't even contain myself. I went straight to the litter box. Lars was being inconsiderate of the poor babies sleeping and woke them up for my sake xD Haha, but oh my freaking god they were so cute. I tried talking him into giving me one, but at a regular price from $1700-2500 per pup.. I obviously stood no chance. Boo~ Anyway, you can check out his website HERE, if you want.

And to the last bit (sorry for this long-ass entry).. I stayed out late last night (was home around 4.30AM) for a Christmas party at uni with the Koreans, so I woke up late as well (2PM, lol) to the gorgeous scent of homemade Christmas cookies. NOMNOMNOM.

My roomie had been up baking, decorating her Christmas tree and setting up the rest of her Christmas attire. Haha! I love living here, seriously. She set aside 3 cookies for me that I munched on after getting back from grocery+pepsi max shopping.

Hey guys! I just got back from Christmas shopping for presents (for family) with Annemette and OF COURSE I had to buy a few things for myself. I know, I know! BUT in my defense I only spent like 30 bucks on myself, so no hatin' nor judging, ok?

So first up is this fabulous denim-look shirt that I've been looking for for ages. I was gonna get a darker color, but it just looked too damn odd with my hair color. From Dressmann approx. $27.

And yes.. I found a flannel shirt WITH A HOOD. omg. This, ladies and gentlemen. Is perfection. I love it so so much and even Annemette had to agree that it's fucking awesome. From H&M approx. $36.

I also got a small sample of the Lancôme Genefique (as I've been considering purchasing it) and some oil from Origins. No pics of that though.. the lady at the store was dumb as shit though. I asked for a sample of the Genifique, because I didn't want to spend $130 on it if it fucked up my skin. I then proceeded to say that my skin can be sensitive and that I wanted to make sure that the serum was okay before purchasing. THEN she starts lecturing me about OHHH but she wanted to suggest me something else "This sunflower seed oil is great for dry spots (bla bla)" and I stood there like wtf thinking "dude.. the dry spots aren't the issue here. I want the Genifique to fix my skin and its texture overall. And if I'd like a lecture, I'll ask for one" And seriously.. suggesting me to get PLANT OIL with perfume in it for sensitive skin? WTFUCK? How freaking DUMB are you? ///rant over. omfg.

And then; my first real meal after eating soup for 6 days this week. YAYY~ I'm telling you... food this simple has never tasted that amazing.

Hey guise.

So yeah, I'm gonna update you on a few things and I'm gonna keep it short so you won't feel like skipping too much.

1. I'm currently sick which would be why I've been really lame with updates lately. It seems like I have some sort of lung-infection or something, but I'm calling the doctor's tomorrow to sort things out. So don't worry too much ~~(in case you even would, lol)~~..
2. I got finals coming up next week (from Dec. 5th-9th) and therefore I probably won't be on much.
3. For personal reasons I'm trying to give Blogger a rest for a while. I'll always be available on FB for my lovely Blogger friends on there (you know who you are), but as part of this new year, Christmas, my living situation and other elements to cause stress lately, I'm trying to step back and get a better look at things. Don't worry, I'm not leaving Blogger. I'm just taking a break. You will still see me commenting and doing entries from time to time, just not as often as preferred on my behalf.
4. There will be changes on this blog to come. As you've probably noticed the "Nani" running this blog earlier this year, and the Nani that I am now are two very different people (mostly in looks). I'm gonna focus this blog more on personal life and my own personal style and tone the girliness/makeup-addiction part of it down a notch. Not because I dislike makeup (at all), it's just not as big part of my life anymore.
5. I'm still gonna do the requested reviews (circle lenses, Lioele bb cream etc), so don't get all frustrated now ^__~

I didn't even snap half of the amount of pictures that I'd intended to do this week(end).. and I'm sorry about that. I had planned to do this MASSIVE entry with DAY1, DAY2, DAY3 of the con etc., but the Cosplay Show yesterday had AWFUL lighting, and as you all know - my camera flash sucks. On top of that, flash photography was not allowed. So no pictures for me. All the new impressions of the cosplayers, the whole Japanophile/otaku scenery and the booths etc. also made me so tired really really fast. So yeah.. T_T sorry guys. Except from the Con, I wanted to show you my and Annemette's little hairdying project and some food first.. Hehehehe. Let's get to it!

HAIR PROJECT (and Dong Fang)

As you've probably heard (if you know me irl, lolz) I helped Annemette out with her little hair-dying project (and she helped me out with mine in return).. BLUE HAIR. Yessir. That's how she rolls, bby. I think it came out freaking AWESOME. Sadly the orange comes out in some places and makes it look semi-greenish.. but overall it looks epicccc! I COULD show you pictures of my hair.. but I look like absolute SHIT lately (cause of illness)

The day before the hair-dying project (which was Wednesday!) we got together 5 people and went to Dong Fang, which is a Chinese restaurant close to my place. The food was delicious and we all had a great time!

Thursday was Hiba's birthday btw, so we made her bibimbap (Korean rice dish with veggies, egg and meat) for dinner! ^_^ it was a bit dry, but that was partly my fault cause I had no soy sauce nor sesame oil. Dammit.

Step 1. Put cooked rice, meat and veggies in a bowl.

Step 2. Put it all in a pot and mix it over the heat.

(I didn't add the egg cause I don't eat eggs)

Step 3. Put back in the bowl and eat it. lolz

JPOP-CON 2011

Finally to the Jpop-Con pictures! I didn't get a lot.. only of the dealer room (market) and I honestly think that 99% of everything was overpriced, terrible quality or an obvious YesAsia-import. Ridiculous. Tiny figurines, 2" tall were $6-8. Like wtf? NEVER gonna waste my money there when entrance fee is like $65 bucks for 3 days. Most CDs were obviously old, scratched and in bad condition even though they were un-opened. Kat bought a Gackt x Malice Mizer album that she had to return the next day cause the closure-thing was broken. Are you kidding me?

Oh, and this is the line that we stood in for almost 40 minutes to get in (what felt like 50 years). Thanks to Dev's brother Gavin who helped us out.. Seriously, some dumb-ass bitches poked us like "Uhh. were you here all the time? The line is back there." BITCH shut the fuck up. I've been here for 20 minutes, that qualifies as ALL THE FUCKING TIME. So shut up! The whole "waiting in line with retarded Sakuras"-thing already made me wanna punch a bitch.. Again, thanks to Gavin for being crazy like me and making me laugh. You're the bomb diggity, man! ~~(and he knows the dance for Rain's "Love Song" *sings* NANEUN EOTTEOKHAEEE~ *body roll* Hahah!)~~ He and Dev were only there Friday (from what I know...) so that epically sucked. Generally the whole experience was was just not my thing. No cosplay pictures, no epic gadgets that were decently priced, no awesome people to look at.. just terrible Naruto, No. 6 and Vocaloid cosplayers. -__-" and a fat chick in a kimono... ugh.

You should check out her COSPLAY BLOG! She might update it with pics and stuff from yesterday. She's pretty damn good at it.. (and guise you should've seen her performance with her gf. >: D It was sexy~)

Either way.. that's it. ^__^ sorry no pictures of me. I'll get to studying some more now.. We got a whole CHAPTER in the workbook due to Tuesday along with a picture and description (in Korean) of someone we like. "like". That's gonna be awkward. I'm hoping that this could also be someone we look up to or an idol of some sort.. It was awkward enough when half my class burst into laughter as my seonsaengnim asked me "리 느씨.. 남자친구 있어요?" and I just sat there like "uhhh.... 없어요.. ^___^... hehe~" just.. ugh... awkward.

My roomie saved my ass today by bringing home chicken curry soup. Nomnom! I also just started watching Marry Me, Mary (Mary Stayed Out All Night) kdrama with the Antique Bakery guy (whose name I can never remember.. something with Wook.. Jae Wook? Something..) and Jang Geun Seok! I LOVE JANG GEUN SEOK! He's so awesome and his hair is so epic in both You're Beautiful and this show.. I tried getting into City Hunter (didn't catch my attention) and Secret Garden.. but yeah, not really workin' for me. I'm also watching Three Rivers with Kate Moennig in it (*___*;;) nomnom. Uhh, I mean uhh... very intellectually giving show about organ donors and their families and the doctors and shiz. trololol.

I told you guys in my last entry that my Halloween costume was a secret.. and now I'm revealing it to you. Haha! I was a complete fail Ganguro girl (Harajuku style, bby) in my dinosaur kigurumi with my huge lashes and awfully tanned foundation-skin.

Sadly you weren't really able to tell how tan I am in pictures cause the flash washes me out.. but irl I was really damn tan. -__-" stupid camera flash. Anyway, excuse the fact that I used the same pictures as JEONGIE, but of COURSE I forgot my camera this time and had to borrow pictures from Jeongie. (n00b much, I know)

If you're friends with me on facebook, you've probably seen my status the other day about how I had photos on my camera ONLY of food. Haha! Yeah, I'm sharing those right now ; D

I know, I know.. I'm a fatty and I don't care right now. All this was DELICIOUS and my epic food-pimp Jonathan (aka 천찬씨) supplied me with a bag of delicious blueberry bagels.. I had one today, btw. For breakfast.. with creamcheese. OooOoo it takes me back to Pennsylvania 3 years ago. /le sigh of longing.

le talk of le hair.. yeah I know. I recently cut it short, then I cut it again and now I'm in the process of dying it. Or well, bleaching. It looked like this to begin with.. lolz.

I'm giving my hair a break for a week or two and then I'm bleaching it again.. hopefully with better results. At least the whitening toner helped A LOT with the orange/brown-ness. Let's just say that the bleach would've sucked a lot more without the toner. The bleach did suck.. in general. But the toner saved my ass. Just sayin'..

ANYWAY! I shall reveal photos on Facebook later tonight, so if you're a friend of mine on there - look forward to complete ridiculousness ^__~ and if not? You're gonna have to wait for my part of the SOFT DRINKS EOTD collab with the gorgeous Yinnie.

Okay, I'm guilty. Waaaay guilty. I started watching COFFEE PRINCE and I'm such a sucker for this drama. It's so awesome! Why haven't I watched it earlier, you might think.. but basically I was never a huge kdrama fan. I'm not quite sure why.. I watched My Sassy Girl a long time ago and I just hated it. I guess, I worried that kdramas would be just like that movie - hence I had no desire to watch them. But dang was I wrong.. Of course there are shitty dramas out there, but this one is so good. UGH. If you follow me ON TUMBLR, you experienced my appreciation for this drama already (probably through THIS POST, lol)..but for those of you who don't do that - ~~follow me~~ I just really dig this drama. I also got City Hunter and You're Beautiful to watch later on.. My teacher encouraged me to watch more dramas, because they're great to help expand your vocabulary \(^__^) so I guess you can say that I'm very busy studying.. haha!

Guess who got back from the US this week? JONATHAN DID. And guess who brought home presents? JONATHAN DID. Aside from the two vol. of Fullmetal Alchemist and the external hard drive, he also got me a bag of blueberry bagels! Have you guys ever had toasted blueberry bagels with cream cheese? We had an awesome night, tbh and I don't remember when the last time was that I laughed so much during dinner. Haha! We (read: Kat) cooked roast chicken, some potato-thingies with soy sauce some veggies and rice : D It's was good, but a pretty strange dinner from what I'm used to. lolz. For dessert we had HODDEOK and ice cream. NOMNOM.

This one has arrived back in the capital of Denmark. Are you shittin' me, being back in Northern Jutland was so different this time. I don't feel at home there at all. I talked to my parents about this, and we all came to the conclusion that I'm a city-girl. I always was.. I lived in the country most of my life, and ever since I got to know JEONGIE which lead to me having to go to the city to visit her.. yeah, I just loved Copenhagen and everything about it ~~(except for the intolerant fuckers that seem to be taking over this place ヽ(ｏ`皿′ｏ)ﾉ)~~.

So yes.. I'm back! WOOH! And it feels freaking awesome! Oh thou delightful city, I've missed you entirely! Anyway, let's calm our breasticles and move on. I have TONS OF PHOTOS FOR YOU GUISE, so feel free to skip to those! lol.

My parents arrived Saturday where I cooked them my infamous wok (that's been mentioned quite a few times already.. you guys wanna try it out yet? ☆彡tee hee~) which they obviously loved. (trololol ego comin' through). They slept at my house till Sunday where we went to check out a dog show nearby.

I haven't actually attended a dog show since GOLD CUP 2011 this summer, so it was great to see some of the people there that I haven't seen in forever (obviously).

We left there around noon and decided to just go home.. but as we arrived in Nyborg, dad pulled over at Sunset and we had a late lunch there. Nomnom~ Sunset Boulevard is one of my favorite restaurants. Luckily there were only girls at work there that day. I've had TERRIBLE service before by some really snotty guy who kept being provocative and rude towards me.. so generally I hate coming at the one in Nyborg. The girl who served us was really nice tho. So props to her (^__^)/..

Majority of the time at my parents' house went with either eating or chilling on TUMBLR or FACEBOOK. lol. I had to realize (once again) that shit doesn't exactly go down in Jutland at all (at least not where my parents live, lol). But it was great to be home! I also got to snuggle up with some of my parents' dogs that I haven't seen in forever as well!

I miss them so much.. living in a big house with no dogs.. T__T; but yeah.. I helped my mom holding Boris as she groomed him. Ivan was also groomed along with Agnes : D Ahh they all look superb now! Boris got so big already! He looks retarded tho.. cause his body is way too big for his head. xD HAHA.

Wednesday night my dad cooked me my FAVORITE dish atm! Roast duck, oven potatoes, grape sauce and peas/veggies. SO YUMMYYY! The same night my mom made a ton of delicious cinnamon rolls (that you've already seen if you got me as a friend on FB. Mwahaha)

Mmmmh, so delicious! I got a bag of 'em with me home along with a bag of freshly baked buns : D Nommy! No wonder I've become such a fatty. lol. *works out at the gym* ( / - - )/ ~ ┻┻

Moving on to Thursday (the day for travelling home). Mom, dad and I went to City Syd (mall in Aalborg) to do some window shopping.. we went to a kitchen supplies store where I saw this AWESOME raclette that'd be perfect for KBBQ. Soooooo wishing for one for Christmas! (along with tons of moneyyyz for my future MacBook. lolz)

We had a yummy lunch at Bord1 (my favorite sandwich-place/café in Aalborg!) They didn't slice the chicken tho, which I found rather odd. O_ô lol. Anyway, it was yummy! After that we headed to LIDL to get pepsi max for me and laundry detergent for my mom.. aaaand, then to the train station to drop me off. My brother and his friend, Tim, also came to say hi.. and then bye, lol.

Before going home I actually managed to find vitamin water.. (I need to punch JAY for getting me hooked, alright?) It's really not easy to find ANY 7/11 in my parents' area unless you go to Thisted or Aalborg.. which is 45-50 km. in either direction.. -__-" but yeah, before going home I snatched one up and headed for the train. Wooh! I arrived home around 10PM, so it was all good.. ^__^ but Saya hated the trip in her little travel-box-thingie. Poor bby ♡

Meeting with Korean exchange students!

On Thursday Oct. 6th we were introduced to a small gathering of Korean exchange students currently living and working/studying in Denmark. Originally we had planned to take them out to dinner, but it seemed utterly ridiculous to first of all have them pay for their own dinner ($40!! when we were inviting them out!) and second.. invite them out for Korean bbq that they could buy at home for a fraction of the price. lol. So yeah, that suggestion was overruled and we decided to cook for them instead! Yeah! So here I'm just bringing you some pictures from the evening.. ^__^ hope you all enjoy~

It was great to meet all of these fabulous people! I surely had a blast dancing around in the kitchen with Devoney while cooking my infamous chicken and veggie wok.. Some people helped out in the kitchen more than others, but generally we had a blast ^__^ and the Koreans seemed to've had fun!

Sorry that this entry is pretty late, but I wanted to share it with you nonetheless. Last week we had a movie night with some of the Koreans as well, watching Pulgasari (North Korean monster movie). The movie was HILARIOUS (and I'm pretty sure that wasn't intended.. but oh lord~ XD)

Also I'm thinking about letting myself splurge out and get a MacBook. Still contemplating on whether to get the MacBook Air or the MacBook Pro 13".. Any advice, you guys? I still wanna get a Nikon D3100, but that'll have to wait a bit longer. I'm hoping to get a job asap that'll support my mad shopping sprees that'll have to take place during December (both for Christmas and my birthday), but we'll see. ^__^ Lemme know if you got any suggestions, ok?

I got new hair~! Yayy! I'm not completely 150% happy with it (as I prefer to be), but it's okay. It took me a few days to get used to the shortage of it, but now I really really like it and I already wanna cut it even shorter. A friend already told me that once you go short, you'll see yourself wanting it shorter and shorter! D": ugh! Sounds dangerous! But so far I just wanna adjust the side bangs.. cause currently it looks like a bob or something, which I REALLY don't like on me. But I'm styling it most of the time, so it looks a bit more messy than a regular bob. lol.

Anyway, I had a coupon for the salon getting me a free hair product. Apparently the stylist kinda liked me, so she gave me two - score! The products were worth between $20-40, so that's pretty sexy! ^__~

Before my haircut, I had to do some rushed shopping as the party at NASA had to have a dress-code. I always hate dress-codes, cause I hate dressing formally and trying to look all pretty and shiz.. but we were going, so I had to go to New Yorker to get some pretty clothes. Here's what I got!

I ended up paying a total of approx. $175 for all the items, so that's pretty sexy if you ask me ^__~ and yes, they're all from the mens' department. I've come to realize that mens' clothes (as always) are just way nicer in looks and feel than women's clothes. I hate the current boheme/hobo/hippie-themed fashion that seems to be 'in' with women's clothes these days.. ugh. /le sigh. So yeah.. go ahead and judge me if you want -__-"

I know, guys, I know. I'm so behind on so many entries, so I'm trying to catch up here. I'll be announcing the winner of the giveaway next week. Then hopefully I can get the MAC shadow before Friday and ship it out before heading home for a few days to see my family. So yeah, I apologize for not updating at all.. I originally wanted to update after seeing my dad, but then I figured that this wouldn't be enough for one entry.. and suddenly all the events and pictures (all 91 of them) built up and I started slacking and procrastinating all this.

So my dad came to see me on the 27th (last week) which was super awesome! I hadn't seen him at all since I moved here, so it was absolutely wonderful to spend some time with him and catch up.. I'm a full-on daddy's girl, and living here without either of my parents can be really strange sometimes.

Being the sweetheart that my dad is, he offered that we could go out for dinner on the 27th - all on him. Delighted about his suggestion, I thought we should try some Korean food. I never had Korean food before, so yeah.. obvious priority is obvious.

We got a table for two (made reservations around 4PM) for 7PM and arrived pretty early. We got our table and menus and decided on the chicken (125DKK / $22.30) and prime rib (165DKK / $29.50). Expensive, indeed. My dad had a Japanese beer (40DKK / 7.15$) and I had a Fanta (25DKK / 4.50$) Drinks were too expensive if you ask me. You get a quarter of a liter of soda for $4.50? That's just insane, even for a restaurant. Usually you can get half a liter for that price. My dad and I each had two drinks, so obviously drinks on their own would've fed quite a few college students at McD. lol. Anyway, to the food and service..

The service was polite and our waitress only spoke English (which was no problem for me and my dad). Of course if your English is barely at 5th grade level, then you'd be uncomfortable with speaking English, but it's really no problem at all imo. The food was DELICIOUS. Of course prime rib is freaking amazing but the veggies were fresh and I loved the kimchi (first time trying it) and the salad. I just wish you got a bit more of it.

What you get for one serving:
1 plate of meat
A few slices of veggies
1 small bowl of rice
1 small bowl of salad
Kimchi, soy sauce and garlic/chili

Being the baller that my dad is (not really) he wanted to treat me to dessert as well. I will tell you tho that the dessert was pretty plain and not really worth the 50DKK ($9). 2 small slices of cheap ice cream (most likely grocery store ice cream), a flat waffle and a few pieces of fruit. Nothing impressive.

The total bill came to 500DKK+/$90+

The only downside of this place is the price. The food is AMAZING, the dessert was rather disappointing, the drinks were too expensive, the service was decent and the atmosphere inside the restaurant was a bit too hot but very oriental and nice to sit in. I'm definitely going back with JEONGIE. Wooh~

I'm extremely hungover right now, guise. I ought to study - Annemette and Jonathan are here, and we agreed to study today.. but god we all feel pretty damn crappy. Semester Start's Party was last night and most of us got pretty wasted.. I don't remember much except for a few snaps of film here and there but of course I got a few photos to simply prove that I DO have a social life and I'm not just making all of this up : P I ought to seriously get photos of JEONGIE and me together, so I don't seem like such a mad stalker. lol.

Anyway, it all started at Jeongie's place around 7PM Friday night with me, Jeongie and EMIRU. We got ready, my lashes fucked up and I honestly didn't bother to fix it at all (which explains why my lashes look pretty lame in most photos). I wore my new ES A400 - and speaking of kkcenterhk, I finally got a reply yesterday (how convenient, huh?) They asked me if I wanted to wait till the items got restocked and I said 'I'd like a refund please :)' - let's see how they handle that. *snap*

Back to the night - we left Jeongie's place around 10PM or something and arrived at the party like VIPs a bit late. I honestly don't remember much.. Natasha was rushed to the hospital, Marie Louise got so drunk she never made it to the party before going home and Jonathan almost got lucky - almost >: D MWAHAHA. Emiru and I had massive fun running around from the library restrooms to the hallways (where we danced around a bit), to the elevator, to the bar and to the balcony. Wush! I got so much exercise that night! Haha~!

Studying and University

I gotta say that Korean Studies are HARD-ass work! I never imagined that I'd get my degree in my sleep, but dang this is tough. I heard from someone that language studies have the most self-study time of all.. and I can only nod in agreement. This is just insane! We get so many new words to expand our vocabulary with every day, and my head's about to explode! T__T; aish! 미치겠다~! (this is driving me nuts)

Annemette and I 'celebrated' our day off today by NOT sleeping in and going to Nordhavn to find her bank in the area. We also went to Fisketorvet (mall) and walked down Strøget (popular shopping street in Copenhagen) to "just look.." - not. I ended up spending some ~~(too much!)~~ money - I got some nice things tho!

Annemette needed new shoes ^ which was the main reason we went to Deichmann. Sadly I fell in love with a pair of boots in there, so I spent my last money (for food *cough*) on a new pair of boots. I figured they'd be awesome for my cousin's baptism party next weekend : D I'm finally going home yayy~ On the home-note, my dad's coming to see me on Monday/Tuesday. We're going out for Korean food Tuesday night. EXCITED MUCH!

We had lunch at Sunset Boulevard btw! It was so yummy! I love their soft-bread chicken sandwiches! Lunch at SB is always super cheap (about $10) so that was no big deal. and I'd just handed in bottles this morning, so I spent the money from that on lunch ^__^ smart student, yes indeed! ~~(not)~~

Haven't done an NOTD for a LONG time, so here is my current nail-stuff-thing-look of the day. ^__^ I did them last night. You like? I used my two new elf polishes and my Essie Fill the Gap! Cute, yeah? And sparkly! Fancy fancy!

ONLINE HAULING

First up, can I just rant for a second? I know that shopping online has its pros and cons, but DAMN am I sick of its cons atm! I'm a long-time customer on kkcenterhk, for example, but honestly their customer service SUCKS. I've been trying to get a hold of them for 4 days now.. NOTHING happens. I wrote to them on their facebook page, tried sending emails, tried to add them on MSN - nothing happens. I've been receiving useless blank emails from them about my last order that just came in yesterday.. incomplete. wtf, right? I check my online order status and all items are shipped except the two items missing. They haven't contacted me since dispatch at all about whether to give me a refund or if they're gonna send the items back-ordered. UGH! -kicks a baby- I'm so sick of them right now.. I'm gonna keep shopping there anyway, because lashes in Denmark are RIDICULOUSLY expensive compared to kkcenterhk prices. But FUCK I'm so annoyed..

I also received my faux leather jacket that I bought on eBay. The material is SUPER soft and slick.. I really like it! Sadly the sleeves are a bit on the shorter side (I have abnormally long under-arms, it seems) and the shoulders are a bit wide. It's also not as nicely fitted as it looked on the model. -__-" Oh well~ I'm still wearing it (cause it's so awesome!)..

Lasagna-Tuesday

A lot of things went down this week, which (I guess) explains my excessive amount of posts this week already. What is up with that? I hope you guys are enjoying it. I've been on a roll, baby! 11th, 13th and 15th of September had posts already.. and today's the 17th. HELL YEAH BABY~ /bodyroll. I'm just behind on so many posts to do. UGH. Don't hur' me~

Cooking Mami! (카레과 호떡 만드는 법~)

It's recipe time, everyone! I've been cooking like a true master chef for the past 4 days and it's time to share some goods with you all. Therefore, I'm joining up with Kat from uni and we're now gonna teach you how to cook Korean Curry with beef, carrots and potatoes AND a super delicious stuffed pancake for dessert. It's gonna get sexy, so hang on tight! Let's get to it..

카레 (Curry)

WHAT YOU NEED (12 servings):

1 x S&B Golden Curry (you should probably use 'Medium', but 'Mild' was all the store had at the time)

1 kg. of Thai sticky rice
4 x onions

5 x big baking potatoes

5-6 x big carrots

900-1400 grams of meat (pork, chicken or beef - whatever you prefer) We used 1,100 grams of roast beef.

Salt, pepper and olive oil

1.4 liters of water (according to package directions)

DIRECTIONS:

Cut the meat into minor squares.

Peel and chop the onions, carrots and potatoes coarsely.

Fry the onions and meat in a generous amount of oil in a huge pot, and let it become slightly brown. The water from the meat and onions has to evaporate.

Add the chopped carrots and potatoes to the pot..
Add the water, bring to a boil, turn down the heat and let it simmer for about 15 minutes till the meat is tender.

Put in the curry-cubes a few at a time, stir slowly while adding them all. Keep stirring the dish, as it'll clump up if you don't.
Pour the sticky rice into a rice cooker, set the timer and let it cook till done (you can also cook it in a pot, which is what we had to do, as we had no rice cooker).

Serve the rice and curry joined in a bowl, mix with a spoon and enjoy~

호떡 (hoddeok) Korean pancakes with filling

WHAT YOU NEED (12-20 pieces)
Dough:
½ a pack of yeast (approx 25 grams)
2 cups of lukewarm water
4 cups of flour ~~(you'll most definitely need more than this, lol)~~
4 tbsp of sugar
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. of olive oil

Filling:
Brown sugar
Cinnamon

DIRECTIONS:

Mix the yeast into the water and stir thoroughly till the yeast is completely dissolved.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix the dough till it's smooth like a bread dough, but a bit more sticky.
Set it to rise in a warm place with a clean towel over it for about an hour.

Remove the towel and take pieces of dough up to shape buns. (the buns should be small enough for you to hold them almost closed in your hand)

Squeeze them flat and put a spoonful of the brown sugar/cinnamon mixture to the middle of the bun.

Close the bun by picking the sides of the flat bun and closing them one by one, forming the perfect round bun.
Pour a generous amount of olive oil onto a hot pan.

Add the buns bottoms down (to seal the closing) and let them cook for a few seconds, before flipping them and squeezing them flat on the pan. Flip them over again and squeeze them onto the pan. Cook till golden on both sides. Put them on a plate and let them cool off.

Can be served as is or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy~

Hey, y'all! I hope you're doing as well as I am..

Before introducing you to the new layout, can I just tell you how much I love and hate living in the 'big city'? I love it because it's easy to get around, stores are nearby, friends are nearby and you can always get exactly what you need at pretty much any time of the day.

However, I freaking hate it because that means that there are a lot of freakin' drunks running around the subway dropping their damn full beer bottles on the escalator and spilling it all over me at 9:30 in the morning before I get to have my first sip of Pepsi Max. Excuse me, mr. Drunken Hobo-Guy, but do you value your life at all? Get outta here, you idiot! -___-" aish! ~~/rant over~~

Anyway, the main reason for this entry was for me to introduce you guys to my new layout. I know that my Amber-layout wasn't even that old at all, but I was never really 100% pleased with it, and I wanted to greet my current Park Yong Hee obsession with a layout featuring her sexy self. So yeah, here it is. I used pictures from her store website saigo.co.kr and I gotta say that that site is freaking HEAVEN for Park Yong Hee fans! *__* Either way, I hope you guys like it! You'll be witnessing a few changes over the next few days, as I'll be attempting to perfect the layout a bit more.

Another reason for blogging today (already! omg so soon already!) was that I got TWO packages in the mail today! WEEE.. I've been receiving both things for myself and items for the giveaway, so be excited, y'all! ^__~ Let's look at what the mail man brought me today..

Ohhh~ Will you look at that! I got my giveaway prize from EVINDE and the 2ne1 cd that I ordered (along with a ~~Taemin-style~~ bracelet. MWAHAH) for the giveaway! Yayy~ I of course had to order a 2ne1 cd for myself as well... I'm one of those people who cannot give something away that I don't already own.. at least not when it's jrock/kpop related. T__T" I'm too damn selfish to do it. Haha!

Of course I'll be doing a full-on review of the Sigma F80 Flat Top Kabuki! I still can't believe that I actually won that brush.. I've been wanting to try these Sigma brushes for so damn long and now I finally have one! : D It came wrapped so so so nicely! *sigh* T__T; I need to get some more Sigma brushes.. Just this one feels so so nice!

Yesterday I decided to invite 촌찬씨 over for homemade pizza (as he's been living off rye bread since forever, lol) My roomie wanted to join as well, so I made the dough for the pizzas and 촌찬씨 helped me decorate them all nicely!

Nomnomnom! This one is mine just after coming out of the oven.. I'm tellin' you it was so yummy! :"Q___ I also invited some people from uni over tomorrow night for homemade lasagna. May I just add that the last time I made lasagna was like 5 months ago.. and that was my first time ever making it? Oh shiet. What have I gotten myself into? *hides* Hopefully I'll succeed! We also arranged some Korean curry-making at my place again Wednesday.. oh my, I'm so socially active these days!

Haha, I'm telling you guys that Korean Studies is freaking epic! : D People there are super nice and actually put up with my insanity every day.. I'm rather impressed, tbh.

I'm back with tons of photos from this weekend's past few days. I've been hanging with JEONGIE and EMIRU (+ other friends w/o blogs) the entire weekend and it's been a BLAST. I didn't meet Emiru until Friday, actually, and he and Jeongie's been dating forever, so that's pretty embarrassing. This past Saturday I held my long (and excitedly) -awaited housewarming party. Most people had agreed to come more than 2-3 weeks ago, but apparently 5 of them decided to cancel on me last minute (and 3 others a bit earlier than that), leaving me with $300 worth of drinks and food - also calculating the specific vegan/vegetarian dishes I had made in an attempt to please everyone. Some excuses were better than others, but generally I'm extremely disappointed.

To top off the shitty party, some douche came and trashed the place. To begin with he was cool and all, but the more drunk he got, the more obnoxious he got - which obviously fucking sucked. The whole party was a fail (except Emiru and Dai emptying the plate of mini-pizzas and chocolate crackers, haha!).. either way, I really wanna thank Dai, Jacki, Bettina, Mickey, Chon Chan-sshi, Vi-Vi-Vi, Emiru (it was great to finally meet you!), Jeongie and Stinne for ACTUALLY SHOWING UP, lol.

Studying is pretty intense lately.. I pretty much know how to read Hangeul, but I read so slowly. I've been able to read since I was 4 years old, so it's extremely difficult for me to suddenly suck at it. I'm working hard though, so please cheer for me ☆ I'm trying my best here. (^__^)"/ Tomorrow I'm leaving for the school field trip with Asian Studies.. we'll be gone from tomorrow till Friday afternoon, so I'm really excited to just hang with people, get to know new people and generally have a great time!

Somehow I was talked into attending J-PopCon 2011 in Copenhagen with my girls from Korean Studies. I'm not sure how that happened - whether it was the general idea of actually hanging out with epic people from uni, the thought of wearing a retarded kigurumi-costume or simply just because I had a temporary brain tumor.. I'm not sure, but I signed up for it, so it's bound to happen. After having been slightly MIA this week, I decided to bring back a gyaru-inspired makeup look. I got massively bored last night (yes, I f~~uck~~ed up my sleeping schedule again - bedtime at 6AM ^__^") and decided to slam on some lenses and makeup. I've been hating on my Geo Angel lenses a lot, because they're incredibly uncomfortable. I still don't really like the feel of them, but either way I'm getting some new ones (except for the pair I won from Jeongie's giveaway 100 years back). Now.. a few tips for white girls/other non-Asian girls
who want to wear lenses (without looking like alien freaks):

- 1. Use good quality products. Do NOT compromise with anything you put in your eyes. Do not purchase lenses from iffy-looking stores online. This 'rule' obviously apply to everyone interested in lenses.

- 2. Try to stay away from lenses larger than 14.2mm.

- 3. Don't widen your eyes like a frightened deer when you take selcas.

- 4. Don't do your eye makeup to make your eyes look rounder. Try to lengthen the eyes with your makeup and keep the liner a bit more 'straight' to make your eyes look more square and narrow.

- 5. Do your makeup in accordance with your own features. Just because the Asian gyaru girls in magazines can do their liner and lashes in that special way, it doesn't mean that it's gonna suit your face- and eye shape. Work with what you got.

I'm not planning on doing these 'gyaru'-inspired looks a lot.. I was simply bored. I'm getting more and more into a more casual type of style and I'm honestly too lazy to do makeup, unless I'm going out for a crazy night on a town ^__~ so yeah.. but if you have any specific request - let me know and I'll try to do it for you : D

Vegan fried wok with rice noodles. I'm actually thinking about going vegan.. just to try it, really. I don't know.. Jenna Marbles on youtube is vegan 6 days a week and she says that it gives her better energy and makes it easier to maintain a fit, healthy body. So I really wanna try it : D

This is one of my good friends, Diana. She was the friend who came to visit me last weekend. We had a blast catching up, talking till 3AM about everyone we know, used to know and wished we still knew. Ahh it was awesome, so here's a tribute to her! : D She's taking me sightseeing in Copenhagen tomorrow (I hope..).. Just to have me try out the route to uni before Monday, so I don't get lost. Haha~

and now.. because Jay had me think about sheep the other day. My sheep bedding covers! They were a present from family friends and I love them so much! If you haven't noticed already, I'm a damn sucker for sheep. So yeah, sheep sheets it is ; D

Hello there ladies and fellas

I hope you're all doing well..

I'm slowly adapting to the life in the 'big city' more or less. I don't really live in the middle of central Copenhagen, but it's pretty close to the area. Anyway! Here I am, sitting by the dining table writing in my new (temporary) house.. So yeah, here are some updates and photos on what I've been up to for the past week's time. Enjoy~ (and there will be food porn. Don't worry ^__~)

My new room

We took off from home around 8AM and arrived at my new house around noon. My new roomie wasn't home yet, so my parents and I went for a ride through the city to check the place out a bit. When we got back, Roomie had arrived, so we said hello, talked a bit and started packing out. In the above picture you can see my new room and how I 'decorated' it so far. lol. Most is already decorated by Roomie, as it's her house, but I got my things in their places and all. The bed is a double-bed, so I'm probably gonna dissemble it and switch it out with a single bed. The double bed takes up too much space, I think.

I don't have a lot of shelf-space and closet space, so I'm adjusting to living in a smaller room. I don't sit in my room a lot anyway, when Roomie isn't home, so it doesn't really matter to me. She also moved some of her stuff in the office, so that I can sit in there and study if I want to, when school starts.

When we arrived at my new house, Roomie prepared lunch for us. She offered to cook us dinner too, but my parents and I didn't want her to exhaust herself for our sake, so we went out to eat at a local Chinese Restaurant. The restaurant was SUPER nice and seriously PACKED with people when we arrived at 7PM. It took a while for us to get seated and until a waitress came to take our order (even though we used their (super cool!) buzzer-thing-system). Either way, the food was absolutely delicious!

We were first served a super delicious peking soup.. Sadly, for me, it was SOOO spicy my mouth was on fire. My dad didn't think it was that spicy, and my mom (who has tasting buds like a dragon!) didn't think it was spicy at all. Haha! After that my parents headed for the Mongolian BBQ buffet, as I dug into the Chinese buffet! I LOOOOVE baked chicken SO MUCH. There were a lot of dishes and the names of the dishes were kinda all over the place.. luckily there were no eggs in the fried noodles, so I had my two servings of fried noodles, baked chicken and prawns and sweet/sour sauce! I didn't get to have any peking duck, simply because the dish-names were a MESS and I couldn't identify it anywhere -___-"

Before going home the next morning, my parents took me grocery shopping and provided me with tons of food and items to stay alive for the next 2 weeks. I had to go grocery shopping myself 3 times already! UGH I suck at grocery shopping T__T I love doing it.. but I suck at it. *fist of fury*

On Monday Roomie took me on a little sightseeing in the area. She showed me routes for jogging/bike-riding, good shopping places, beautiful spots to relax with nature, bus/train stations etc. I'm not gonna name the places for safety reasons (and mostly because I don't remember.. LOL), but here are some pictures! ^__^

Obviously I now live in an incredibly beautiful place! I still have to get over how incredibly close I am to Copenhagen, a grocery store, a Chinese restaurant - yeah, basically everything! lol.

Look how cute his ice cream truck is! He brought it back to Denmark from the UK! Custom made, y'all! So cuuute!

After the tour she took me to Ismageriet in Amager, where she bought me a cup of icecream and we sat down to talk outside the ice cream shop. The ice cream was AMAZING!

I got 3 kinds. Vanilla, Straciatella (favorite!) and Caramel. They were all super delicious! I couldn't eat it all cause my tongue got all numb from the cold. Hahaha! It was great fun though! Thanks so much, Roomie! You're the best! \(^__^)/ ~♡

To something else... one of my dearest friends from highschool (who moved to Copenhagen about 2 years ago+/-) came to visit yesterday. She's gone for school now, but she'll be back later. ^__^ Since she's a vegetarian, I had to challenge a different side of my cooking skills for once. I don't cook a lot of veggie dishes, but I did manage to mash something together.

Mixed salad, fried veggies and oven baked potatoes and carrots.

I love that she came to visit! We talked and caught up with everything over dinner and we didn't realize for how long we'd been talking until it was almost 1AM. I saw her shortly last year, but I've missed her so so so much! It's SOOO great to finally see her again! : D *hugs Diana*

Alright.. and now to the finishing touches -

I got my Korean books! YAY! Both my grammar books and one of my history books arrived already. WUII! It's so exciting! I flipped through some of them already. The work books remind me of the work books I had in 2nd grade. Haha! I feel like such a kid.

Speaking of kid.. MWAHAH. LOOK it's my cousin!

I'm sorry I keep taking forever inbetween updates. Spite not having packed at all for the past week's time, I'm still kinda stressed about moving out and all.. I'm extremely tired right now. I went to bed around 3AM and got up at 6:30AM, simply because my brain refused to shut off and just CHILL OUT. -__-" Ugh, so frustrating. Everything seems to be in Ordnung, though, so now I just wait for time to pass so I can pack up my last items and get out. I cleaned my brushes today, put most of my beauty items in a box and packed up my clothes, bedding sheets and some towels.

Ahh, this is really weird. I'm moving out in 2 days! Originally I should've gone tomorrow, but it didn't really fit with my dad's working schedule very well. So he's preparing me a nommy dinner tomorrow night with my parents, me, my younger brother and his gf (and probably Vivivivivivi. lol) to celebrate the move and me becoming an adult and all. (or just to celebrate my ass leaving their house.. kekeke~!)

Random: My breakfast at 7AM this morning. Yes, I'm a fatty. Pita-pizzas with turkey salami and mozarella cheese! Nomnomnom

Yesterday my mom and I went to Bilka (a Danish store similar to Walmart) to get plates for my apartment. I'm moving into a house at a friend's friend house, so I don't get to decorate my apartment right away. I'm still on a waiting list atm. Anyway, I had my eyes set on these particular plates since forever, so mom and I went to pick up two sets (for 12 people in total) - one set in black and one in white. I reckon it's gonna look sexy as hell setting the table with black/white plates. Mwahha.. Besides the plates (that mom paid for now - as I still need to pay for two books, transportation card etc.) my mom also got me a tanktop from the men's section. Hehe, I thought it was pretty rockin' AND it was on sale for like $7.70! Score!

Ignore the shoes. They're my DC's - not new. Still fab., though!

Other things I got were candy, noodles and a necklace. I've been on the hunt for a rosary for a while. I'm not catholic (nor religious in general), but I think crosses are super edgy and I love the symbol for accessories.

This necklace kind of reminded me of a rosary, and as it was discounted from $25 to $5.80, I just had to get it! I'm probably gonna remove the cross that's on it now (as it's extremely cheap-looking) and replace it with another one that I have, but overall I'm diggin' this piece.

Now to the noodles.. This is probably gonna be a bit weird - who goes shopping and gets noodles, right? It's weird. But yeah, I found these in Netto (grocery store) for $1.90 - they're usually over $3 per pack, so I had to get a few. I loooove rice noodles, simply because they're PERFECT for my Japanese inspired chicken noodle soup that I tend to make from time to time. Rice noodles don't become too soft and gooey when they lie in the soup for a longer period of time, so they're simply perfect for that. I usually get the very slim, round-ish ones, but these semi-flat ones are great as well (^__^)/ *fatty-chan approves* ♡

Before leaving, I just wanted to show you Vivi's new haircut that I gave her. She came to my house late Saturday night (yeah, late at night - what a surprise.. LOL) and begged me for a haircut. She also brought me a huge bag of the WRONG liquorice pretzels. (I'm only putting this information in this entry for her to sizzle in her own embarrassment of being a bad friend. Hahahaha! Anyway...) Striped sweater, white nails and a naked face

Hi there, ladies (and fellas)

How are you enjoying your week so far?

My kpop/jrock collection in a huge box. This feels weird..

My week so far has consisted of applying for public education support, reporting my future move to the National Register, ordering my transportation card (for bus/train) and then packing most of my room into 5 giant boxes. I still need to move my 'I use this on a daily'-stuff; makeup, toiletries, clothes, shoes etc.
Ahh, either way, it's so strange to have to put all my things in a box and move. My mom is still not too keen on my moving so far away from home, but we both agreed that it was time for me to get my own place. She keeps telling me that "Your real life is finally about to begin now!" Both she and dad are proud, and that means a lot to me, but they also both seem a bit concerned that I won't just be 45 minutes away like my older brother is. *sigh* Oh well.. Growing up. We all gotta do it eventually, don't we?

On the moving-out-note, I wanna thank you all SO MUCH for your supportive comments on my last entry and for posting all your best wishes for me. It means a lot to me, as you probably noticed already, as I'm really nervous about all this. You know that fine balance between being REALLY excited and REALLY scared at the same time? Yeah, I'm walking between the two right now. *runs in circles*

As you can tell from the title, I painted my nails WHITE (I know, wtf right?), I'm wearing my face au naturale (as I pretty much always do) and today I'm wearing my belowed long-sleeve grey/black striped sweater. And here... here I am sharing some photos! Hehe. Enjoy!

Words can't even describe how freaking excited I am. I've been dancing around all day (pretty much) saying "I'm a college student! I'm a college student! WOOOH!" I also just got a call saying that I got a place to live until my apartment-application-thing for OEK goes through.. I've been super frustrated lately because we get notified so late (which is a bitch when you live far away like me, cause u need to get an apartment and everything settled), and so many friends and family members have been cheering me on. Lastly I want to pay my condolences to the people of Norway. They were struck by the actions of a heartless, selfish and delusional man by the name of Anders Behring Breivik on the 22nd of July, 2011. I feel so incredibly sorry for the family, friends and bystanders to the 68 victims of the Norway Massacre. Denmark has your back all the way. Please stay strong! This man will be punished as deserved! (Ò__ó)/

I managed to sprain my left shoulder during this trip (as a result of showing 3 wild-ass dogs the past 4 days), so I'm pretty beat. I love you all! As promised, here I am - blogging again, letting you know about what's going on now and lately. My dashboard here on Blogger has been darn related for the past week's time or so. Am I the only one who's been completely unable to see who follows my blog lately?

It's really freaking annoying. It works today, but I'm not gonna hold my breath. lol. Blogger is FAILING lately. Sadly I'm too fond of the design and blogging system in general, that I cannot make myself move anywhere else. *clings to blogger*

Anyway! Here's what's up!

First of all.. the weather up in hurr has been extremely sporadic. Both with its good days and its bad days. Mostly the bad...

Beginning of the month:

Yup, that's what I do. I get up at 4AM to look at the sky. Or well.. I stay up till 4AM+. I just had a short period where I slept at midnight and got up at 9AM or something.. but I deliberately flipped that upside down. I simply don't like staying up during the day. Nights are prettier, more mysterious. I don't even know.. my dayschedule would match perfectly if I lived in Pennsylvania or something. When I was there 3 years ago, my sleeping schedule and the time zone CLICKED like soulmates. I feel that maybe the stork dropped me at the wrong spot..

Oh well.. food porn! As always, I bring you a bit of food porn. It seems a lot of you don't mind (at all), so I take the freedom to post some quite often. First.. Chinese noodles, peas, veil and soy sauce. SUPER delicious and very simple to make.

Second... HEHEHE. My fabulous fatty-crepes with ice cream and fresh strawberries and banana slices. Nomnomnom! I swear this is probably the best dessert ever.. the creaminess of the ice cream, the freshness of the fruits and the soft consistency of the crepes. Oh my~ *food-gasms* Hehehe..

A small FOTD. This was actually from last Sunday. My aunt just gave birth to a BEAUTIFUL baby girl, Sophie. So so so cute! I'm not really fond of babies.. they look kinda weird to me. There are the cuuuuute Asian babies who look like they smashes against a wall with their tiny eyes and adorable little noses. And then there are white babies... -__-" I'm getting an Asian baby when I grow up some day. I got a few propositions already, HAHA! Nah, I kid. But I really wanna either adopt a kid or 'make one myself' (that came out wrong..) But in all seriousness.. Asian babies take the crown of the show for being the CUTEST little creatures ever! Except for my baby brother.. when he was little, he was the PERFECT little baby. I just kinda feel like they don't come around often -__-" *signs up for adoption service* LOL. I shall teach him/her both English, Danish, German AND Korean! Fourlingual-baby up in hurr! Hahaha. He/she's either gonna turn out super confused, super nerdy OR super cool.. I'm hoping for the last one, but oh well.. //blabber over

As I told you guys in my last entry the other day, my best friend Shiki came over for a visit. She and I hadn't seen each other since November 2009. How freaky is that? We spent the first day together comparing make-up collections and she decided to draw on my leg as well. lol. We call eachother 'mylady' and have been doing so since as long as I can remember.. I actually met her online back in 2006 (I think?) on Arto. She was head admin of a Miyavi fanpage and we clicked immediately. My mom then drove me ALL the way to the West-Coast to meet her. I had brought my Miyavi CDs and she and I had the BEST weekend ever. That's when the term "Jrock-weekend" appeared for the first time. We went to a small grocery store and bought Pepsi Max (she's a fellow addict), Maxibon-ice creams, chips and candy. We talked, laughed, watched Dir en Grey live DVDs, jrock clips online, listened to LM.C singles and looked at pictures and posters. We were MAD fangirls (and we still kinda are).
That's one of the main things that make me love jrock and visual kei so much. It brings people together. ♡ When I first watched a live show and noticed how, at the end, everybody were crying. The tour finale made people cry.. first I was like "wtf? Pussies!" but then I realized.. while most tours in the Western world is more about promoting yourself, making money, putting your stuff out there. Jrock and VK shows are more about giving back to the fans, seeing them, entertaining them. The tours are more for the fans than for promoting the bands themselves and letting them make more money. That's one of the greatest things about jrock. The artists genuinely love their fans and it truly shows. Ahh~ *emotional sigh* (ó__Ò).. ♡

Lastly.. as promised. The pictures of the litter I helped raise. ♡ These fellas are the last 4 (the owner is keeping a male and a female for herself). I've never seen a litter this succeeded before. If you're familiar with breeding, you will know that raising a litter is HARD-ass work. Getting the genetics right, the looks, the colors, the bone structure - everything is SO difficult. I'm aware that some people just blabber it all together and hope for the best, but serious breeders are very concerned about health. Looks are a plus - but health is the most important thing. We'd rather raise a litter of mediocre-looking dogs and have them live 12 years with no issues at all, than raise a litter with heart conditions and bad hips, simply because they will look good with the combination in question.

That's about it. To some news.. or news or news, lol. I'll be leaving this Friday 15th of July, I'll be leaving for a dog show in Germany. (FACEBOOK EVENT LINK) On the following Monday, my parents are I are leaving for Nyborg, Denmark for the annual Gold Cup dog show held in Denmark by the Newfoundland Club. They're both gonna be great shows! Let's all hope for dry weather without it being too hot. I'm bringing Saya to both Germany and Nyborg.. I have a feeling that nobody would even consider volunteering to babysit her - she's vicious. Haha!

Oh hi! Look who's back with a new layout? Blogger's currently being a stupid betch with me, so you're probably gonna have to live with seeing this site changing looks over the next couple of days.I'm sorry for being extremely MIA in the blogging world lately. This week(end) I had my best friend over!

Hadn't seen her for almost 2 years, so we spent as much time catching up, re-inventing our love for jrock/visual kei and comparing makeup collections! It was SO much fun and I cannot wait to see her again soon.. hopefully. Also with re-inventing my love for jrock, you'll probably have to live with me abusing tons of gifs featuring both the GazettE, Miyavi and alike. I simply can't help it. Tumblr has become a huge obsession of mine, and I gotta say that TONS of people make the most epic gifs ever. Speaking of tumblr, I changed my Tumblr URL. You can now FOLLOW ME HERE instead.

I got quite a few photos to share with you guys, but I'm gonna have to wait with that till this layout is done with. Blogger's driving me nuts today! UGH! -kicks Blogger-

FUCKYES. The new 2ne1 MV was released this morning 10AM Korean Time and I am STOKED, y'all! The song, the outfits, CL so damn bad-ass! I LOVE IT! I've had it on repeat all afternoon and I'm super excited for the subbed version to go on LJ. w000t~
Also.. two other things (not related to 2ne1 tho).. GAY MARRIAGE IS NOW LEGAL IN NEW YORK! w000t! Shove that in your pipe and SMOKE it, antis! Also, it's now an option to be in a 'domestic partnership' and a 'civil union' with each other on Facebook. A friend and I took advantage of that, spite having NO clue what 'civil union' even means.. To me it sounds like the gang-bangs of gay relationships, but that's just me, I guess ^__~ But yeah.. Congratulations to the gays of New York! YOU MADE HISTORY! -parties-

On a side note, I want to come forward and apologize for being MIA for quite some time (12 days OMG!). I never really planned on not blogging for so long, but I've had some REALLY shitty past two weeks and yesterday I went with my dad to put down Emma. She was 9 years old and extremely sick, so that really fucking sucked. I've been dedicating my time to jogging, watching Harry Potter movies and Fullmetal Alchemist anime while sleeping the entire day away. I didn't go jogging this morning, cause I was so tired. The past two days have been TERRIBLE jogging-wise.. Having too much on your mind can really fuck up your concentration, breathing and general desire for anything in life.

It's been extremely hot both yesterday and today, so I cannot jog during the afternoon.. I don't do that anyway, but since I didn't go this morning, I feel pretty bad about just sleeping and sitting on my ass. I got up early (cause I went to bed ''early'' as well), but generally.. I just don't sleep very much nor very good lately. So yeah, I apologize for the excessive food spam, random photos and general lack of beauty updates. I'm just not feeling it lately - at all. Hopefully when my mood improves I'll feel more for dressing up and not walking around in boys' clothes all day. lol.
For now.. here are some random photos.

Dessert from the other night. Yesterday I was craving crepes and ice cream real' bad, so I dug into my parents' supply of ice cream - which contains mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids. It tasted TERRIBLE. The consistency was just so greasy and gross. Definitely not doing that again.. This particular photo is of my 'own' ice cream tho. I chopped up some milk chocolate and sprinkled that on top, topping it off with some fresh, Danish strawberries. NOM!

And yes, I'm a fatty.

On to make a happy ending for you guys! Yay! I went with my mom to see Kennel Star Quality's puppies yesterday. SO CUTE! They were 5 weeks and 3 days old.. sadly the heat made them no-so-active, but as the afternoon passed and the heat wore off they really woke up and started running around.

Generally they invited my mom and dad, but dad had stuff to do at home, so mom brought me along instead. They wanted her to give them her input on which female she thought would be the best - as always, I went for the one in the photo and mom picked another one who was smaller and a tad bit more 'fine' cut. (bone-structure wise, not coat-wise. lol) We shall forever agree to disagree on breeding and puppies. Haha!
Anyway, hope you guys enjoyed the small compilation of photos. I will try my best to stay more consistent with my updates.. *sigh* Also, thank you so much to those of you wishing me the best of recovery with my burn. The skin isn't red anymore, but some of it definitely peeled off and is now very dry. The 'wound' is turning into a massive scar (which is my own fault, as I've picked wounds since I was a kid), but everything is looking better : D So thank you all so much for that!

I got a super sexy package in the mail yesterday, and here I am.. unveiling the goods for you guys! Ahh yeh-yuhhh! Of course the package is from my San Diego buddy, Tuaaannieeeee. He's gay, guys. Sorry : P He's also very unattractive AND a jerk, so you probably wouldn't like him anyway.. \(^__^)v *d-d-durrrr cock-blocker-Nani* TEE HEE

As you can tell from the above pictures, he sent me a shit load of stuff! YEH-YUHH! -parties- I've been excited for this package for ONE main reason (except for the usual ass-licking things to say like "Oh so nice of youu" and "wow you're liekz my bestest bestie evarrrh") - the Bioré cleansers. He bought that shit like MONTHS ago, yet he didn't get to shipping it out now... -__-" *coughs* lazy ass *coughs*.

He sent me the ever so famous Bioré Pore Unclogging Scrub (made popular by Holly Ann-AeRee on Youtube). I've used the scrub twice and even though I usually prefer a heavier grit than this one provides, it's quite nice. Not super scrubby, though (which kinda sucks), but it's overall quite nice. He also sent me the Bioré Triple Action Astringent toner. This toner is a harsh ass motherBEEPer, I tell you! I contains 3 types of alcohol and it kinda stings.. but in a nice, cooling way. I don't know. I like it ~~cause I'm a masochistic son of a biatch~~ ^__^ tee hee~ As mentioned, I've only been using it for two nights, so I can't really give u a massive, thorough review yet - but let's schedule a blog entry on how it goes about 2 weeks from now, shall we? : D I think these two range from $6-$8 at Walmart per bottle, btw. So definitely very affordable... but more on that in the future review. *nods*

Moving on to edible goods! I'm an Oreo-lover, so he got me three rolls of Oreos. NOMNOMNOM ♡ along with that he sent me 3 packs of Toaster Pastries (costco's own brand, btw) - two packs of Strawberry pastries and one pack of Cinnamon pastries (the cinnamon ones PWN! -munches-) In case you're wondering, my legs still suck, so I haven't been able to jog. This has resulted in me gaining 5 billion lbs, so I currently look like a stranded whale. Don't go around thinking that I don't gain weight AT ALL - cause I obviously do.. Don't want my followers thinking that I'm some sort of super human with LSD and Crack for metabolism.
- another edible thing he sent me was a bag of blueberry bagels (if you know me personally, you would already know that I DIG blueberry bagels. We understand eachother, blueberry bagels and I.). HOWEVER, my SUPER smart friend decided to vacuum-pack that shit and instead of simply sucking the air AROUND the bagels out, he sucked it ALL out, making my poor blueberry bagels look like shrunken raisins : ( BOO TUANNIE! -kicks- The ones from Tammy better be fluffier. ('Ó__ò)/

On a less edible sidenote, he sent me a Spiderman christmas-plushie, that he got from ComicCon last year. Bsh, Asians and their conventions. *coughs*

Alright, next up iiiiiiiiiiis a HUGE Pepsi Max tshirt (I better not have to explain this one, y'all) and a pack of dark dark dark chocolate. I tried the chocolate and it tastes like charcoal -__-" lol. My mom will like it, I think..

Yayyyyy! *dances*

First up is an e.l.f. 100-shadow palette. I swatched some of these shadows on my thigh last night (don't ask.. lol) and actually the shimmery black is still on my leg even after I took a shower today along with a few of the matte shadows' swatches O_ô Rather disturbing level of pigmentation that is. Some of them are sheer, some are a bit powdery, some are SUPER pigmented.. a nice variation of shadows (^__^)/ u might see me do some looks with this in the future..

And now for the second-best part... (of course I love everything, but ya know... hehehehe) A SEPHORA BAG! Oh myyy~ The Sephora bag had the Purity cleanser in it - YAYY, now I can wear makeup again! : D The Purity cleanser is my ABSOLUTE favorite cleanser! It's SO awesome - a bit rough with sensitive skin, but it gets the job done very well without clogging any pores. Love it! I also got a Burt's Bees tinted lipbalm in "Honeysuckle" (quite the dirty name if you ask me, lol), the wet'n wild coloricon palette in "Comfort Zone" (Neutrals/greens), a Burt's Bees hand lotion AND the Revlon Colorburst Lipstick in "#70 Soft Nude".

I freaking love this lipstick! But honestly.. I'm a bit disappointed with the size of this thing. Ton of packaging for the very little amount of product that you get. However, the color is freaking AWESOME. The texture is a lot drier than a MAC lippie, but not to the point where you have to wear a gloss over it to pull it off. The dry-ness of the lipstick just makes it easier to apply. The color is sheer, but buildable. I love it - simple as that!

First up is my FOYD.. or.. it's probably my eye look from 2 days ago.. I was all freaking out yesterday about how damn CLOSE SMTown is. Seriously.. I was stuck to Facebook the entire night last night, because SMTOWN was uploading clips from the live show in Paris. UGHHHH.. and damn.. Amber lookin' so cute! I tell you it was SO obvious how used to performing that Super Junior is compared to rookies like f(x) and SHINee.. They took it all so chilled. Jonghyun was so excited to perform (which you could easily tell), while Taemin was playin' it all cool : P lol. I love kpop.. I mean come on.. how can you NOT love it?

And then my FOTD - which IS from today. I felt like playing around with my MAC shadows, so I came up with this rather metallic, gunmetal/lilac look.

I also wanted to try out this L'oreál foundation sample that I got a loooong time ago. It's only a sample, so it's no biggie, but I actually really like it. The color was a bit too dark for me, but it blended out SO nicely. The consistency is mousse-like and very nice to work with, so I actually really like this foundation. Sadly it casts a white cast on photos (which you can obviously tell from the photos), which kinda sucks, but oh well.. I don't buy Loreal products anyway.

Now before I go.. here are some random photos. I seriously feel as if my head's about to explode.. Damn headache. >_>"

Here's my dog droolin', lol. She's recovering very well from surgery and as you can see, she's not really in pain at all. She doesn't have too bad of a limp and most of the time she's quite the daredevil jumping around all crazy. -__-"

I woke up Tuesday (or something like that) with a terrible craving for pancakes and ice cream. I'm not sure how I justified myself eating crepes and ice cream for breakfast.. but damn, it was worth it.

And things are different now.. cause I got a haircut. Some of you may go "Ohhh sexayyyy" and the rest of you will most likely go "ARGHHH YOUR PRETTUH HURRR!? D': Y U NO KEEP DUH HAIR?!". Either way, it's my hair - my call. I still giggle about the fact that 4 people decided to unfollow after I posted my "Hi, I'm cuttin' my hair"-post. Why follow a blog for HAIR anyway? So yeah.. that's the hurr, ladies (and gents, cause there actually are a few of y'all out there that have male genitals. oh myy~). I'm diggin' the do, to be honest.. The stylist started out by cutting it quite monotonically boring and 'picture perfect' and shit, even though I brought photos. She was about to 'style' the boring do until I went "Uhh.. yeah.. could u make it a bit shorter in the front?" and she looked at me as if I'd fallen from the sky. I guess she didn't expect me to want weird hair. lol. But I prefer it short in the front and long in the back.. She tried to explain that it would need a ''flowy transition'' into the layers and I was like "Well, if you fuck it up, you can cut off the longest parts as well. I really want it short in the front and long in the back, pl0x." Again, I got the "OMG BUT UR PRETTEH HURR!"-look, but she did what I asked and I'm diggin' the out come quite a lot. I don't like my hair straight, but the short part looks really fluffy after a shower, huh? Haha!

After I got my haircut, Vivi took me out to lunch (cause she's epic like that). She'd come over the night before to just chill, and she took me to the hair stylist yesterday, cause yeah.. she could -__-" lol. I dunno.. We had fun though! I helped her pick some clay, eyeliner and a mascara and she waited for me at the salon and then we went to Kebab House - lunch date ftw! lol. If you didn't notice, Vivi cut her hair too! I first saw some photos a while back, and it looked scary as fuck.. but irl she's lookin' mighty fine! -headbangs-

When we got back from lunch, we just chilled on my bed, ate cake and candy and watched Mean Girls. (I know, if you follow my Tumblr (lol, more tumblr talk) you'll know that I watched this one like a couple of days ago as well..) I CAN'T HELP IT! Mean Girls is such an awesome movie!

On a sidenote, I fucked up my knee. I'm sorry for the swearing in this entry, but my mood is a bit 'ARGH' today, cause of the pain. I have no idea how I twisted/sprained/f'ckeditup, but I did. I took Sunday off from jogging to chill and eat candy and be a fatty, but I got too restless during the afternoon and went for a 5km. walk. When I got home, my knee and Achilles tendon started acting up. I didn't put ice on it though, cause I figured it'd go away - but it didn't. I had ice on it all last night and this morning.. stupid shiet. -kicks around- This obviously means that I can't go jogging and I'm feeling fatter than ever. -__-"

Sorry that it's been a while. I've been really consistent with the f'cking up of my sleeping schedule, going to bed at no particular time anymore, but simply when there's an opportunity to. lol. It may sound as if I'm super busy, but I'm really not. lol.

May I just add that these shorts are a size 34. XS. 00 (or 2 or something). That's freaking tiny! *LEGASP*
- and why does it look like I'm wearing tights? O_Ô weird. Excuse the outfit btw.

I'm doing absolutely nothing these days, sittin' on Skype 24/7, running around 4AM. I've actually been running every other day, but since Wednesday, I've been running every day. I used to take up to two small breaks before getting to a small lake near me, but the past 3 times I've been able to run the ENTIRE way to the lake without stopping. It feels freaking amazing, and if I may add - my flabby legs look a lot better these days. I still have a long way to go with my inner thighs (thanks for the genes, momma ^__~) and around my knees, but I'm definitely eager to get this going! I get all restless when 4AM approaches, cause apparently my body gets really excited to go running, haha! Either way, I'd gone up to 129 lbs. for some reason, but now I'm at 124.. so the jogging is deff. paying off!

Say goodbye to my hair btw, I'm making an appointment at the salon today, hoping to be squeezed in next week. ^__~

Let's move on to a bright moment of mine. As you all know, I'm super effin' smart (lol) and therefore, I'd planned out my entire morning yesterday to go run some errands. I decide to flick through a newspaper to look for sales in a store close by and as I turn the back page it says "Happy holidays bla bla bla Thursday 2nd - CLOSED".. Ehhh? Since when can I not keep up with my holidays? O_ô oh right, since forever. lol. Either way, that was kinda stupid. At least I didn't get in the car and went down there before realizing.

She hooked me up with the link and all, and for the first 7:42 minutes I sat there thinking "What the fuck is this? -___-", but it turned out to be really flippin' epic! I sat the entire movie through, munching on pizza and drinking pepsi, laughing my ass off over epic quotes like "YO FUCKNUTS! It's probin' time ^__~'' BAHAHAHAHA. You gotta see this, tho. I swear.. If your humor is lame like mine - you'll love it! There's a lot of cussing, a lot of perversions and a lot of straight-up served BLACK-ass humor. Don't say I didn't warn y'all!
Tam and I also watched Black Swan this morning (or well, it was morning for me) and most of the time we just sat with a D: face, a O_Ô face or the XD face on. BAHAHA.. is it weird that my favorite part is where her bones break backwards? *spoils movie for everyone* Mwahahah

The Lipstick Tag

1. When you were a child, did you use your mother's lipsticks?

No, I didn't. But I LOVED watching her put the cap on, because the 'clicky'-sound is so nice! (is that weird?)

2. How old were you when you bought your first lipstick?

I was 19. Bought my first ones last year.

3. Pink or red lipstick?

Nudes, preferably. Maybe with pink undertones?

4. The most expensive lipstick you have ever bought?

GOSH Soft'n Shine. It's actually a lipbalm in the shape of a lippie, but it was pricey.

5. And the cheapest?

My NYX Round Lipsticks at $1.68 or something. Lush!

6. What's the most bizarre thing you have ever done with a lipstick?

I think we've all tried to write something down with a lippie.

7. If you had to recommend a lipstick, which brand would you recommend and why?

I'd recommend the MAC lippies, because they come in TONS of colors, finishes and textures. The scent of vanilla is also super yummy!
