[Insert funny title here] ☆

Guess who's back?!

The worst blogger EVER. LOL. Okay, maybe it's not that bad.. but I do feel kinda bad for not writing anything. I can't even use me being 'busy' as an excuse, cause we all know I got nothing to do anyway.. So to be straight up with you guys, I've been lazy. L-A-Z-Y!

Lemme sum up my week - since the last entry - for you guys:

Sleeping
Eating
Sleeping
Watching the L Word (for the 4th time)
Bumming
Getting rejection letters/emails
Whining
Eating
Sleeping

Yup, that's about it.

^ this has been my face all week. No makeup, no styling of the hair, no lenses, no nothing. Just Nani au naturale with hair de la Frizzy. LOL

The weather in Denmark has been really weird lately, so I haven't really been up to dolling myself up and taking sunshine photos - cause basically.. there hasn't really been any sunshine. I had makeup on today for a walk in Rebild with Region North of the Newfoundland Club, but my allergies were going CRAZY all afternoon, so I came home looking like a raccoon with one lash almost fallen off. -__-" When we got home 1½ hours ago, it spontaneously started snowing for about 30 seconds and then it went back to being obnoxiously windy and cold. ☂ Boo weather! BOO!

But not everything is obnoxious and stupid like the weather and the fact that all emails I ever get are from either PETA, random African lawyers (spam, lol) and rejection letters from companies here and there. Tanja sent me a cute little package a few days ago, allowing to cross yet another item off my 'Wish List'. She got me ^ this CUUUUTE sheep. If you squish his tummy he says 'Bahhhhh bahhhh' LOL. ♡ HOW CUTE IS THAT? I named him Yesungie (after my fav. Super Junior member, damn riiite!) and took a little close-up of the fluffy ice cream cellphone strap that he came with :''D Awh, so cute! ♡ ♡ ♡

Being the epic blogger that I am, I of course have to post up some food porn. It's only one photo, but it's totally HD (^___~)/ hahah! THESE, ladies and gents, are homemade 'burgers' made of additive free mini baguettes, ground beef, mozarella cheese, fat-free dressing, lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber slices : D NOMNOM! It's a mess to eat, but sooooo yummehhh~

And yeah.. lastly my FOTD from today BEFORE I went outside and ended up looking like a poopjob. -sigh- I switched from my elf cream liner to my old Loreal felt tip liner.. It's easier to control and work with in general. I need more practice with gel/cream liners before getting into that any further. I just don't have the patience. But at least the creams don't make my eyes go weird.

UNTIL NEXT TIME
Btw, all winners of the giveaway received their prizes. Pam will be posting up an entry next week (I think). If you want, you can check out Rinny's prizes HERE and Iyah's prize post HERE. I'll be posting up some photos from the walk with the dogs in Rebild tomorrow. Dad has the camera (I was paparazzi today!) and he'll upload it all to Picasa later.

Can you believe my last entry had 40 comments?
O_O" Woahhh! -stolzbin- That's kinda cool, huh?

MUCH LOVE YOU GUYS
^ cause you're awesome ♥

EDIT: Thanks so much to Frances for TAGGING ME~ Wooo!
DOUBLE EDIT: Aaaand thanks to Evinde for tagging me too!
TRIPLE EDIT: Rinny tagged me as well! : D WOOO!
I love tags D:

What a weekend...

Hello there, my lovely readers ~
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! ♡

Random FOTD ^

Usually during the weekend I do absolutely NOTHING. However, this time things went down! My mom held her birthday dinner on Friday for close friends of the family.. it was super cozy and the food was amazing!

FOOD PORN AHEAD \(*___*)"

The food was freaking AMAZING as always! Sadly I ate too fast.. so I suddenly felt really, really sick.. But yeah, I got over it and got my second plate of food.. Haha! Couldn't finish it though, but it was freaking worth it!

I also made a deal with my friend from overseas... I had to do a look with my newly acquired NAKED Palette and he'd hook me up with some Purity Cleanser (as I'm running out and can't get it here in Denmark). So I played around with the palette and came up with this.. Super simple, only consisting of two colors, actually.

You can really see my fine lines under my lash line here.. Had 'em since I was little D: ughh

I used Half Baked all over the lid and a bit above the crease and then I blended Dark Horse into the outer corner and the crease. As my eyes are very hooded, I kinda need to bring the color up higher than one would normally do.. I know from experience when doing friends' makeup that I don't need to bring it up as high on them.. but somehow my super overly hooded eyes need extra special treatment. Haha!

Anyway, let's hope that he sticks by his words and hook me up with some cleanser! Hahaha
\(ò__Ó)/ Nani fighting~! Hahahaha!

I'd been wearing my 'Refresh-mint' (China Glaze) polish for a few days, added some rhinestones - a few nails even had some 'Entourage' (China Glaze) polish on them but since I'm SUPER impatient with nail polishes (I hate having to wait for them to dry -___-") I ended up ruining it quite a lot.. so I removed it all yesterday and did my nails all over again. All natural with the Mavala treatments (my nails are still kinda bad, but we're working on it still..) the Essie Fill the Gap! and a topcoat..

I wanted to let you guys know that both Iyah and Rinny received their prizes from my giveaway. I haven't heard from Pam, but I'm assuming she'll hit me up when she gets them \(^o^)v

Rinny did a post on her prizes HERE
(I totally stole her photo, hahaha! but it's so cuuute♡ )

Iyah is working on her post, from what I know, so she'll probably have it up on HER SITE soon.

I also wanted to let you guys know that I did Camilla's top banner for her blog. She blogs in Danish, though, but in case you wanted to check out her banner click HEEERE. lol

Okay.. that's all, lol.
Stay safe, everyone!
MUCH LOVE

★ UPDATED NYX Megashine Lipglosses

NYX Megashine Lipglosses
(Swatches & Review)

As my NYX 'Megashine Lipgloss' swatches-post is the most visited page on my blog, I decided to do an updated post on the glosses, as I got a few more since I did that post. I'll be providing you guys with swatches, a few comments for each gloss along with a general review, talking about how I like the glosses, prices, texture, long-lastingness etc.

As a reference to the colors, I'm posting a picture of my lips with nothing on them. I will have to remind you though, that ALL photos are with flash (my camera's auto-focus doesn't work if flash is disabled) so the colors may appear a bit brighter in photo than in real life. I'll clarify how true to color the swatches are below each photo.

After doing the swatches, my lips got pretty red from removing the glosses, so please keep in mind that my natural lip color gets a bit darker throughout the swatches..

LG #104 Sweet Heart
Description: A light pink with a pearl sheen. Picture very true to color.
Suitable for: Light/Medium skin tones
Pros: It doesn't get caught in your fine lip-lines, yet still manages to give that perfect, nude, almost milky lip.
Cons: It can get a bit too light, but it really depends on your skintone.
Extra: Hollyannaeree swears by this lip gloss and absolutely raves about it.. she also compares it to her MAC Creme Sheen "Boy Bait".

LG #112 Frosted Beige
Description: A neutral, light coverage golden gloss. Picture very true to color.
Suitable for: All skin tones
Pros: Very versatile
Cons: With time the smell gets really gross. It goes from sweet to almost sour-like. (this was my first Megashine gloss, so I've had it for a while) Also it can look a bit patchy in coverage.

LG #113 French Kiss
Description: A bit on the darker side for a nude pink. Picture very true to color.
Suitable for: Light medium/medium dark skin tones
Pros: So so sooo pretty. Perfect for a date-gloss on its own.
Cons: It can seem a bit too dark for very light skin tones. I'm a light medium and it's tipping on the edge of being a bit too dark on me.

LG #122 Natural
Description: As the color indicates - natural. VERY natural. It's only a tad bit darker than my own lip color, but none the less, it's super pretty. Very true to color.
Suitable for: Light-medium skintones (after that.. I feel that it's a bit too light)
Pros: Super natural and SUPER pretty. Looks great on top of a nude lipstick (like e.l.f's Natural Nymph)
Cons: It can come out a bit too red.

LG #129 Beige
Description: Milky, pinky nude color. Very true to color (it's starting to settle in my lines cause I've been washing off a LOT of gloss by now.. Haha)
Suitable for: All skin tones (maybe it won't show up too much on very dark lips)
Pros: Super pretty, milky without setting in your lip lines.
Cons: With that said, it WILL settle in your lip lines if your lips are kinda dry. (like MAC's creme sheens)

LG #150 Juicy Pink
Description: Very, VERY, VEEERY sheer gloss with fuchsia undertones.
Suitable for: All skin tones.
Pros: It's shiny? lol
Cons: I absolutely hate this. I might as well have gotten a clear gloss. I'm so upset about it. ó__Ò"

LG #155 Perfect
Description: Very much like a darker version of Sweet Heart. Absolutely beautiful and a bit more versatile, as it's not so pale. Very true to color but does come off a bit patchy on photo (which it isn't irl)
Suitable for: Light/ medium dark skin tones.
Pros: It's pretty, it's versatile, very suitable for almost all skin types and super creamy.
Cons: It doesn't photograph that well.

LG #157 Chandelier
Description: As the name indicates - SUPER glittery. Very true to color, but does come off a bit more pink in real life. This is where my lips began to get a bit more red, so the gloss' color didn't come out as I'd hoped.
Suitable for: All skin tones.
Pros: Versatile, pretty and princess-y. Haha
Cons: If you wipe your mouth too much you'll get glitter ALL over and around your mouth.

NYX Megashine Lipgloss INFO:
Description: Most of the colors are very pigmented and look great on their own, the colors don't crease too much and they're very creamy and 'soft' to wear.
Price: $3-6
Available at: Online and in stores
Pros: Affordable, large variety of colors, creamy, nice to wear and decently long lasting..
Cons: VERY strongly scented.
Overall verdict: I LOVE these glosses! And I suggest everyone to either go to a store or just try your luck, maybe look at some swatches and get one online. They're fabulous!

That's it. Hope you guys enjoyed my 'first' real "review" so to speak.

MUCH LOVE and until next time!

Back to square 1 - dammit!

Yeah, y'all know that I pulled an all-nighter the other day to kick my day rhythm back to normal? Well, cause I was working on the NYX Megashine Lipglosses review last night, I ended up staying up till 3AM and woke up today at 4:18PM. DARNIT! I'm back to where I started! D: WHYYY do I do this to myself?

Anyway.. The main reason for me writing this entry, is that I FINALLY got my MAC MSF Natural.. and my FIRST MAC eye shadow! WOOO! I'm so so so excited about these items.. I've been wanting the MSF Natural for over a year now - and now I have it (/Ò_ó)/ GO GO GO!

Generally, as I told you, I'd reversed my sleeping schedule from Friday to Saturday.. so I was well rested when I got up Saturday morning to go to the mall in Aalborg, go visit my brother with my parents and then go out to lunch at Casablanca. ^ picture above was my FOTD and just before heading out the door, I threw on my short white tee from my shopping haul, my faux leather jacket, my furry purse and BAM in the car. Haha!

Anyway, we first went to the mall.. My dad had promised my younger brother to find a game for him, so he went to the game store.. mom and I went to Salling. My mom walked around the store to look at clothes, and I went to the MAC counter. When I got to the MAC counter a girl came up to me to help. I told her "Oh hi, yeah... First I really wanna get the MAC MSF Natural".. I was super excited (probably a bit TOO excited, lol) but either way she just looked at me "MSF...? Ehh...?" I looked back at her like "O___Ô" wondering how she could have no clue what the MSF Natural is.. So I added "Mineralize Skin Finish?" and finally saw a light bulb above her head. lol. Then she proceeds by asking "What color do you want?" without even asking if I wanted to get color matched or if I knew my color already.. Maybe I take good service a bit for granted, but I was a bit confused when she asked me that, cause I'd hoped she could tell me. She did color match me - applied the 'Light' MSF and the 'Light Medium' on my face (with a dirty brush - ew.. thanks a lot) and we decided to go for Light Medium. I also asked her to help me find a light all-over lid color. She swatched the colors on a her hand with a qtip, which I guess is alright.. but majority of the colors she showed me were so dark. Anyway, I decided on 'Patina' as it LOOKS dark, but comes out sooooo pretty! And unique as well : D so yeah.. I was SOO happy when we went to my brother's apartment to pick him up for lunch..

My dad had wanted to go to Casablanca for the buffét, so that's where we went. And yeah.. that's my brother far left, my dad being all excited and my mom being as photogenic as ever (why can't I be photogenic D": )

The food was quite disgusting though.. Almost $13 per person for the buffet and $6,30 for a medium soda. Expensive drinks are expensive, but the food was just nasty. I got  a big plate of salad and added a little veil with veggies and chicken in mexican cream sauce. I swear you guys.. the meat was dry, gross and the gravies were just SO thick, greasy and plain nasty. When we got home I felt SUPER sick and my stomach was being all weird. If you live near Aalborg and thought about going to Casablance - I'm telling you.. DON'T! The food is AWFUL! Yuck!

Later that night we had this amazing veil for dinner. I also talked my dad into trying this box of ice cream from ALDI that doesn't contain pork-derived additives! NOM! I picked 'Stracialla' flavor and it was so YUMMYHHH! And the best part is.. the ice cream wasn't all sickening, fat and "gross" like some really fattening ice creams are. It was fresh, nicely flavored and just yummy.. Haha! Definitely buying this again!

And lastly.. in these days of despair and frustration, I wanted to share some links with you guys. Japan needs our help - all the help they can get. Please join some of the support-groups on Facebook.

I originally wanted to tell you guys to donate if you have the funds, but Japanese government hasn't actually 'asked' for help from American Red Cross and organizations alike yet. So basically Red Cross and other organizations are just gathering 'funds' to WHEN and IF they're deported to help.. which means your money may never help Japan in the end anyway. So yeah.. I do wanna share this video below though and with this above said, it's all up to you if you want to donate anyway..
Donation links can be found in the description box of Manwomanfilm's video and on the support pages on Facebook.

Manwomanfilm's Video on the Earthquake + Tsunami

FACEBOOK PAGES/EVENTS:

RANT ON JAPAN-HATERS: I really never thought that some ignorant Americans would actually come forward on Facebook, saying that Japan deserves the catastrophe they're currently facing.. One of my friends shared a link with me with SO many Facebook comments and statuses from Americans, saying that Japan totally deserved the tsunami and earthquake and that that's what they get for bombing Pearl Harbor and starting WWII to begin with. Some MORON even posted that "Japan has had a day in the spotlight.. poor them, move on" - and I can't help but think "Oh sure.. Just like you only needed a day to get over Pearl Harbor? Just like America only needed a day to get over 9/11 and Katrina?" Secondly.. Japan didn't start WWII. LOL. Hitler and his little group of nazi shit heads did. Sorry for using such fowl language, but ignorant people claiming that Japan had it coming cause of this or that just pisses me off so bad.. especially when they present themselves like STUPID fools.
I'm not attacking 'ALL' Americans here.. I know SO many amazing people from America, and I love the country! So don't get me wrong.. But if you feel the need to come out with such statements, wishing hurt and torment upon other people because of a war that was over 60 years ago (a war that you didn't even participate in, and a war whose details you obviously know nothing about!) then hell... I want you to bend over so I can slap yo' butt.

So yeah... to end this very mixed entry.. Sorry that it's a bit long.. But I wanted to get word out there about the opportunities to both join FB pages and actually donate if you want to.. and of course about my MAC purchases! \(>_<#)/

Much love, you guys!
AND STAY SAFE, JAPAN!
- My love and thoughts is with you all

BTW.. I updated my FAQs page.
See it HERE..

This girl got NAKED in public!

HAHAHA, okay.. This title is gonna attract some weeeirdooos out there on ze interwebz. I shall apologize in advance - this entry will feature NO nude shots of this girl.. O_O" I'd rather spare you the sight. -cough-

Foooood - nomnomnom

My sleeping schedule hasn't really changed. It's now 1:09PM and I haven't been to bed yet.. Sadly my brain won't shut off and relax when I try to sleep. My eyes'll be itchy and tired, but my brain won't give a damn D:  so yeah.. I'm trying to EXHAUST myself by pulling an all-nighter. So far I've been super productive. I organized my makeup collection, put some of the items I don't want/need anymore in a bag for my friend (she wants to check some of it out before I throw it in the trash), I cleaned up my vanity, changed bedding sheets, went downtown to check out the local second-hand store, went to the tanning bed, bought a bag of liquorice 'Nappars' and now.. I'm just sitting here. Sippin' on Pepsi Max, wearing my new AWESOME Pepsi tshirt (more about that further downwards! (that's what she said)) and munching on liquorices.

The coordination team of applications for Uni managed to COMPLETELY screw up my applications. lol. We have two options when applying for uni: Quota 1 (where you send in your diploma from highschool for acception) or Quota 2 (where you have to write a 'motivated' application (like an essay about why YOU should get in) and add your resume - basically this is for people with business expertise).. I applied as Quota 1 applicant, sent in my papers all filled out and my diploma from highschool - I even sent it both through mail and electronically to make sure it'd get there in time.. Now, that's a long time ago. I figured everything was alright, since I only got one call from a dude who noticed a mistake in the electronic application. We fixed it - everything was fine.. Now I'm suddenly receiving letters that my Quota 2 application is missing its resume and motivated application.. I'm like.. WHUT? Are those people seriously dumb? Just by OPENING my letter OR my electronic application they can SEE that I have my exam diploma with all my exam results. Now woooonder what Quota I'm applying for then?  Fools.. -__-"

Anyway.. On to what I was ACTUALLY gonna blog about.

A CARE PACKAGE! WOOO~
The package came yesterday morning and it was PERFECTLY timed as I had the worst day EVER yesterday. I only expected oreos in this package.. but oh oh oh was I pleasantly surprised. \(^3^)/ *parties a little* Check it out...

Oh wait.. Is that what I THINK it is???

Urban Decay NAKED Palette

HELL YEAHHH BOIIII \("Ò__ó)/ -runs in circles-
You have no idea how excited I am about this thing.. I'd prepared myself to have to do without for all eternity.. And NOW I HAVE IT! *_* grr! nomnom! Words can NOT describe how happy I am about this thing! BOOYAHHH~

I also got a few other things...

Oh yeah, ladies (and gentlemen? O_Ô perhaps?) I got a Pepsi tshirt. Sadly there were no Pepsi Max tshirts, but it's okay.. I can live with this one. It's quite oversize, but really soft and comfy.. -wears forever- I love it! I also got some Fekkai samples, a Burt's Bees sample of lotion (that I love!), two bags of oreos AND an elf. Beauty Encyclopedia in 'NEUTRALS Edition'.. I have the British release of the 'Everyday Eyes' one, and I LOVE it! Am definitely excited to try this one out as well! : D

And now...

PEPSI REPRESENT~

\(^___^)/ oh yeah!

Until next time!

MUCH LOVE

My thoughts are with all the people affected by the earthquake and following tsunami in Japan. Please be safe, everyone!
